This stunning 4 bedroom property with Soque River frontage is one of a kind!  Whether you want to relax on the comfortable wicker furniture on the large porch and enjoy the view of the river, or walk down to the stone steps leading to the river's edge.
Fishermen will love this property!  Opportunities to view plenty of N.E. Georgia wildlife and let kids play safely at the edge of the river (parental supervision, water shoes & life jackets a must!)  Enjoy the outdoor firepit next to the river, cook some smores or do some star gazing at night!

The interior of this beautiful home is equally stunning!  From the large fully equipped kitchen, with lots of small appliances and amenities to the spacious, comfortable living room with a beautiful rock fireplace with gas logs, guests will be booking their next stay before they leave!  For cool evenings the spacious porch has free standing heaters for guests to use.  

This home is on 2 levels and the basement level has plenty of room for guests to spread out with 2 king bedrooms, a bunk room with 2 full beds and a living area with a pool table & small kitchen.  There is another delightful deck off of the living area with views of the river, rocking chairs to relax and a heater for cool evenings.  

Soque River Sanctuary is a place to make lasting memories with friends & family.  Alpine Helen is only 16 miles away where there is fun for all the family, great restaurants, mini golf, funnel cake & ice-cream.  Every season is special in Helen! Come for Oktoberfest and enjoy German food, beer & music or plan a Christmas trip for fun shopping & lots of Christmas lights! Whatever the time of year Helen is always fun, whether it's summer floating down the  "Hooch" on a tube or a winter wonderland in the quaint Alpine village, there is always lots to do & more to come back for!

Beautiful cabin!

We rented this beautiful cabin to spend a few days during the Christmas holidays with family and friends. Pictures don't do justice. The cabin is beautiful, comfortable, modern and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could ask for to prepare great meals and enjoy with your loved ones. The backyard with the river view was very relaxing and peaceful. The covered terrace was very nice, and it included heaters so people could enjoy the view warmed and cozy. We even saw a few deer in the backyard. The rental company was very responsive. We highly recommend this beautiful cabin and hope to come back soon.

Great Vacation Getaway

The house and river view were beautiful. My family enjoyed our stay and it was convenient to Helen as well as nearby grocery store and restaurants. We loved the stairs access to the river. The kids enjoyed the pool table with the downstairs kitchen area. The property management office was very helpful and responded quickly when we had questions. My niece left her cell phone at the house and they found it and is mailing it back. Super helpful and friendly. We would stay here again.
