Esta unidad de lujo recientemente renovada de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños es simplemente hermosa. Con todas las comodidades de vanguardia, se sentirá como en casa cuando esté de vacaciones. ¡Ubicados a menos de 3 horas de distancia de Disney World, disfruta de unas excelentes vacaciones de verano en nuestras playas y detente a ver a Mickey en el camino! ¡Esta es la "mejor" unidad en el complejo! La unidad tiene un sofá cama que puede alojar a 2 personas adicionales (cargo extra, por supuesto) Cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio principal y dos camas dobles en el dormitorio de invitados. Todas las habitaciones tienen TV plana de pantalla grande con cable listo. Totalmente amueblado, lavaplatos, lavadora y secadora en la unidad. Pisos de marmol. Fabulous stay for us before our cruise trip. The location was fantastic, swimming pool was perfect, and appreciated the parking spot. Bedrooms were spacious and super comfortable beds. Unit was equipped with everything we needed. Host was incredibly responsive when we needed extra wine glasses (delivered next day). We had a wonderful time on Atlantic avenue enjoying the restaurants and shopping. It's super close to the beach as well. Everything is walking distance.

Myself and my three daughters came for a girls trip — our first time in Florida — and we truly could not have picked a better location. The beach was right around the corner, and being so close to Eighteenth Avenue made everything incredibly convenient. We loved being within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach.The condo was stocked with everything we needed for comfort and convenience, which made our stay feel easy and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The pool area was an added bonus, and the neighbors were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.Diane was a wonderful manager with excellent communication throughout the trip, which made everything seamless and stress-free.10 out of 10 stay — we would absolutely come back again!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The property was an amazing location, very close to the beach and all the stores and restaurants on Atlantic Avenue. Diane was great to communicate with. The place was clean and fairly well appointed. I would stay here again.

The front door was unlocked and open on our arrival. The condo and surrounding environment did not feel safe at all, especially with a teenager in tow. We ended up not staying at this condo at all due to the overall unsafe environment. The host dis not immediately respond to my request about not staying at the condo for the two days we prepaid and booked, and was combative when briefed on the situation. I’ve used VRBO for several stays throughout the years and this was a first. With the many other options in the Delray area, look elsewhere.

Great apartment close to the beach

The apartment is very spacious and has two modern bathrooms with walk in showers. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking your own meals. I would have loved an electric kettle, but heating up water on the stove worked as well. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the apartment. The only thing I would like to point out is that the bedroom with the 2 beds has a back door with a glass insert leading to the courtyard. Since the courtyard is well lit at night, the room never really gets dark. Not a deal breaker for me, but it would be great if some blinds or blackout curtains could be installed. Everything else was fantastic and we will definitely stay again. I left a pool noodle with seat in the closet which hopefully will be enjoyed by other guests.

Great Place to Stay!

Had stayed all throughout Florida prior, but never in Delray Beach. So we booked this place because we liked the location, and it proved to be really ideal. A short walk to the ocean and a block from everything you could want in terms of food, drink, shopping, etc. It was also tucked away enough to be very quiet and peaceful at night… The unit itself was really nice on the inside, as you can tell it has been successfully renovated at some point. The property manager, Diane, and the head of housekeeping, Jackie, were both lightning quick to react to any needs and were incredibly helpful throughout the stay… We would highly recommend and would stay there again next time we’re in town.

It was what we needed space-wise and so close to the beach. Did not use the pool. Owner responsive. Could be a bit cleaner ex: coffeemaker not cleaned, and some cups dirty. A bit of a problem with a. c. which she assisted with. Toilet seat not fully affixed. Lots of towels, and utensils. Could use a small curtain for the front door.

Great location: so close to the beach & Atlantic Ave & all the shops, bars & restaurants. The condo is clean, with all the necessities: Updated bathrooms, new beach chairs & towels, new washer & dryer , big TVs , refrigerator w ice maker. We will definitely stay here again!
