Parking was good. There are some things that were broken and did not get fixed while we were there. We couldn't get in our unit on time because some spring breakers didn't check out on time. The property managers did what they could for us but the unit wasn't cleaned very well. I was disappointed that they didn't bring a new grill because that was one of the things broken.

The location is so convenient to the beach and attractions. Grocery stores and shopping close by. Has horrible issues with the mattresses though, too soft and mushy in quite a few rooms, and need replacements. There is also a great need for towel bars or hooks to hang towels in the bathrooms. No dish towels available for kitchen either. The condos were both beautifully furnished and well cared for. All the bedrooms upstairs was inconvenient for my mom and grandbaby to navigate the stairs and trying to get luggage up there. Awful tree in driveway area prevented us being able to exit our vehicle without letting everyone out before being able to fully pull into the driveway. We rented two units and it was so very helpful for our large party of 10.

Dance trip stay

We rented for some of the Moms and their daughters when we came for their dance competition. It was convenient to both the venue and to the beach for those days when they weren't dancing. We had everything we needed to be able to have breakfast and lunch in the houses. We also were able to cook dinner in on the nights that we didn't want to go out.

Biketoberfest getaway

Very clean, spacious town houses. The parking was great. Bike I thought smoking with us next time I got mine plastic thing on Amazon supposed to come off though just what it is it it’s like it’s a plastic molded thing and literally it fits up in there. I had to kinda sand it and some corners didn’t wanna fit right and paid for. It’s just that goes over all that cut out for your safety specifically for these, a problem but they should’ve called them for everyone that I have seen from 8 to 7 has done this in a while plastic in the sun all the time shifting shim up there. Stop it sometimes desert gravy yeah yeah yeah I said sausages good strawberry I don’t like tomatoes and rice .

CrossFit competition

Our extended family traveled to the Daytona area to watch our daughter compete. It was a quiet neighborhood with good beach access. More king beds would have been nice but overall it was fine.

Wonderful Property, Service and Location

The communication was outstanding and everyone was nice. The property was very nice and clean. Awesome to be able to utilize the garage, the washer and dryer and beach chairs and towels. Very close to the grocery store and beach, which were both a short walk away.
