Hotel is really run down. Our slider door to our balcony was broken and could barely open it. The free breakfast was a joke, was only pre-packaged donuts, pastries & bread that couldn't be toasted because the toaster was broken!!! We were so disappointed. The only good thing was the beautiful ocean. The location is in the middle of all the action which can be good or bad depending on what you like. A lot going on all around you. I enjoyed the time with my husband walking on the beach but wish we had stayed somewhere else!

The front desk staff was rude while checking in. She did not want to check me in at first. Was given the wrong room at the beginning. Malcom at the front desk is amazing. He fixed the issue. There is NO welcome drink. It’s buy one get one free. There were fights in the lobby and pool deck. Only 2 elevator for both staff and guest. One elevator broke down. I’ve machines on every floor but only 3 works and it was up to you to figure out which 3

The hotel waS dirty. The furniture was dirty, our sheets were dirty, the parking was awful, one of the two the elevators was not working , and the hotel was under staffed creating long waits for any kind of service. We checked out after one night.

This hotel is in poor condition. Looks nice from the outside when you first pull up, but the entire hotel was outdated and in very bad shape. The hallways were filthy with trash everywhere, elevators need total renovations, they were so slow and filthy on the inside. Stair wells so nasty smelled like urine, Walls were cracked, base boards and headboards in room along with window sills were disgusting. Bathrooms outdated and shower head has no pressure.sliding glass door in room was broken. Ac leaking on the carpet. Parking at the hotel was ridiculous. Drove around for 35 mins until we finally got a spot. $148 for one night here was outrageous. There’s no reason for the hotel to look like this will all the money they are charging to stay there. The Hilton was charging the same amount I found out later when it was too late for me to cancel. Hotel owners need to take more pride in their establishment. Will NEVER book here again. - Side note. The lady that checked us in was very nice. But the hotel is a dump. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

The location is good with easy access to the beach.

the check in was over a 45 min way, no luggage carts availible, front desk during the day was great after hours issue staff was horrible, night clerk was rude and unprofessional, staff had to come clean the tub and aurgumentive. the room had a ton of rust and i repaired damage, bathroom was dirty (hair in the tub, black mold on door frame), the carpet was gross (my daughters feet were black) bedding had brown stain, kitchen light was strobing and had to be replaced, wifi was horrible, breakfast was barely existing, honestly we should have left however i had a sick child and my purse was stolen leaving me no choice!

The location was great as far as whete i needed tk be. Very outdated but the beds were comfortable.

The ocean view from every room is amazing. The pool area is great. The rum buckets are on point. Overall location is great. Just a short 10-15 min walk to the boardwalk. Needs more onsite parking. Also, the check in process was horrendous. Almost 2 hours to check in, from turning into the property, larking the car (cant really just leave car parked in driveway), and then the slowness of the staff to check people in. Maybe it was just because it was spring break. Hopefully it's not always that chaotic. The elevators also are very slow. There are only 2 elevators to service 11 floors.

The hotel needs some cosmetic repairs to elevators, (11th floor) overhangs, chipping paint, and some heavy duty stain cleaning or replacement of the chairs in the room. Overall, though, excellent staff (smiles everywhere and very helpful), beautiful sunrise directly on the beach, and location (walk to restaurants or Pier) make this hotel a really great place to stay. I would come back to stay again!

Room not ready by check in time. Two maids talking and not working in my unclean room after 4pm. Tub faucet water runs constantly. Maid and front desk notified and was advised no other room to change to and that maintenance would handle. Maintenance NEVER showed up. Would not suggest in the least!

Injured. Plus wife bit by spider not so happy to be honest

Hotel room needed repairs, bathroom door was broken and room smelled. The only thing good is its location on the beach .

Room was falling apart, paint peeling off walls, shower curtain rusted, carpet torn and worn out. Maid missed our room 2 days in a row, had to call on second day and they forgot to leave us towels. Hotel filled with noisy guest and smell of smoke everywhere. Elevator broke one day. Not a very nice place to stay.
