When we were going for breakfast there happened to be the same time as 4 or 5 rooms. We did have to wait, but the staff didn't hesitate and food was fresh and the wait worth it. I don't know how the staff could do better without ESP.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. there was a group of people drinking in the lobby until 2am. I thought it a bit odd. Unfortunately, I booked in Expedia and paid in full. I was charged another $95 for some reason from the hotel itself and this is not being handled in a timely manner. Make sure you check your bank statements.

I just stayed one night at this hotel and during my stay it was interesting. When I booked the hotel I booked for one room with a king size bed. Well unfortunately when I got there I had doubles and was informed that I booked a standard room king size bed and I got the standard room because they had no king size beds left. Then got to the room and the toilet did not flush. So I asked to switch rooms to a room where the toilet worked. That was the only hiccup I had on my one day trip.

We stepped into the elevator and found a filthy rug. Our bedroom bathroom did not have light enough for us to use the mirror. The smoke detector appeared to be dysfunctional. We went to breakfast at 7:30 AM on a Sunday and found many basic items missing like fruit, bread for toast, and hard-boiled eggs. They did have sausage patties and strange little egg omelettes that were warmed over many times. I think this is not Holiday Inn express standards. At least I sure hope so. We went there because we were from Indiana and going to an event in Dayton, Ohio, and thought this would be a good location.
