Property was older and the pictures made it appear much better than it was. Location was not @ The Greene but probably a 10-15 walk. It wasn’t filthy but not particularly clean. The main issue with the cleanliness was an odor that seemed to be a mix between cigarettes and smell of the coin laundry that was located just outside the entrance to the unit. The smell permeated the whole place. It was also very damp as a result of the inadequate portable A/C units. Actually one of them in bedroom had a drain into a bucket to capture the condensate
and required us to empty. Using the hair dryer tripped the breaker and after contacting the manager I was informed the breaker box was in a closet in the hall and to not run the A/C while operating hair dryer. We also were allocated JUST2 towels, 1 hand cloth, 1 wash cloth and a make up towel for our 5 DAY STAY. Contacting the manager for additional towels was fruitless. All I received was an argument and an attitude. It seemed as if I wasn’t the paying customer.
