Inop A/C that provided no cooling and loud grinding noise. Carpet was wet on one side of bed. Musty smell and ceiling showing signs of mold. Tub water would not shut off. Only half of tv channels worked and rest the channels could not keep a steady connection. Hallways were being dried by a constant fan all night. Breakfast lacking, no napkins, and little selection.

The a/c took a while to cool the room, the bathroom smelled musty/moldy, the ceiling above the shower looked like it had a water leak, and the shower curtain bar was hanging and about to fall off the wall making the shower curtain unusable. The room was sparsely stocked; had to ask for 2 more bath towels. Given the condition of the room and hearing the hotel was being renovated, they should not be open for business.

We were in the room less than 5 minutes and found bugs in the shower, drawers, and on the floor between the beds. The hallway and lobby smelled like weed. Wallpaper peeling from the walls along the entire hallway.

Clerk gave us a room that was already occupied. New Room had smell of mold-visible mold in bathroom. Ground floor corridors reeked of pot. Contractors parked equipment blocking our car so we could not get out. 45 min wait for someone to move equipment.

A/C in room was obscenely loud ( #317 ). Hard to sleep. Shower stall leaked in a steady stream of probably a gallon per minute the whole time we were there. Told the front desk but nothing was done. No maid service over 3 nights/4 days. Kept having to get our room keys reprogrammed because they stopped working. Construction ( renovation ) work started about 7:00 a.m. on Monday in the room above us, consisting of Bob the Builder hammering in nails almost continuously. Stacks of mattresses and discarded furniture in the parking lot along with rat traps on the ground. This property needs new management. As we were leaving there were 5 employees standing around together at the front desk—just chatting. A VERY UNPLEASANT STAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t get scammed!
This hotel is a scam the pictures they use are not accurate. The hotel is run down, the room smells like urine, the hallways have mold & the room does not look anything like the pictures. Along with rooms not being renovated. I understand the cancellation policy but I don’t think they have the right to use false advertising!! I have reached out to the general manager in regards to this review and my refund and he has not taken the time to respond! I hope hotels.com takes this hotel off this website.

The guy in the front desk is very rude, he always has a bad mood...we stayed three nights and after the first night, We had to change room the first one had a lot mold everywhere, it smelled horrible of cigarettes, the TV doesn't work. We couldn't sleep well the bed was uncomfortable..... In short... We had a bad experience and we'll not return to this place
