Smell no good, very loud neighbor room, no breakfast. But good wi-fi

The staff was very nice and helpful. There was possibly poor management though as I got into bed with a blood stain on the sheets and a few other things I won't really mention. The walls are very thin and they didn't have the usual breakfast like other hotels have. I get that it's a different time right now but I have had to travel a lot and everywhere else had breakfast with someone on the staff serving the hot food so that the public didn't touch everything. It was just a disappointing, noisy, dirty experience.

Corona limitations but all okay. clean rooms limited staff

Needs more parking and extend breakfast time till 10 am.

It was nice and we plan on returning in the future.

There are bedbugs in you. I was bitten by them. Then I woke up and grabbed one. It's all blood. I hope you can kill the virus. The leather of your chair is broken. I hope it can be replaced

Ev chargers, clean rooms. We slept great. Comfortable beds, a nice little gym, and located in a nice area to walk around the property. So many smaller local and healthy little places to eat nearby. We had the free breakfast everyday. I'd come back!

It really seemed that efforts were being made to bring the place back up to its former high standards. Much cleaner, in better repair, nicer atmosphere than the last couple of times we stayed there.

The room was keep clean and every thing was there that we needed for a great stay.

Decent basic economy property. Older with dingy bathroom.

East check in, front desk person was friendly and professional

Old, run-down and worn out room. Refrigerator, chairs and more need to be replaced. And the smell in the room... disgusting. The breakfast was awful. We’ll never stay here again.

One elevator was broken. The chair in our room was torn. The headboard of our bed was disgustingly dirty. There was no fan in the bathroom and there was mold on the sprinkler head in the ceiling. There was a red Fruit Loop on the floor the entire time we were there that I waited to see if they would vacuum up and they didn't - it was in the middle of the room. Our keys didn't work more than half the time we were there. Breakfast was supposed to be at 6am and one of the four mornings we were there we had to leave at 6:30 and it still wasn't ready. The morning we left the hotel there was vomit in the elevator.
