Hotel Staff was very friendly. Its a great hotel for those looking for value in price.

I like how the breakfast area is combined with lobby sitting, so we were able to meet up with friends and family there. The only problems we encountered was a slow drain in the bathroom. Also, the shower head does not turned off all the way, had to do it hard or water will drip.

Nice room, clean, good staff. Only issue is that they needed to fumigate the room, tiny little bugs in the bathroom.

Our room was switched twice. Once for being isolated on the opposite side of the hotel when there was ample vacancies. The second failed attempt was due to the extremely loud elevator operating system that was lined with the bedroom wall. The customer service rep stated nothing could be done to accommodate us unless we wanted to pay extra for a 2 bed room.

placed reservation on line, stressed on line and requests for a 2 bed room, paid the cost. Flew in From New Jersey to Texas, drove 30 minutes to this hotel checked in saw only one bed and a love seat sleeper, old school. went to the office explained the problem he saw comments on reservation said too bad they had a group come in and gave the room to them. WHAT... will never say at another Wyndham Hotel again, He did not care said nothing he can or will do.

Weary traveler. Orbitz deal was superb! Great room friendly staff.

The hotel room and accomodations were above average. The clerk asked questions and attempted to solve all issues I presented. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The best thing I enjoyed was the price. I have paid more money for way less accommodations.

Stayed here over the weekend to visit my sister and attend the state fair with family. They have all their awards posted in the lobby, but I was hard pressed to find the reasons why they won them. It’s an older hotel decorated to look modern but everything was done lackadaisically. Paint not within the borders, furniture worn, bathtub wasn’t the cleanest. Even the outside of the fridge, the microwave, or the bed head wasn’t wiped down- at all- so there were smudges and drips of who knows what on them. All those little things add up in my book, so I was very ready to leave on our check out date. I don’t plan on staying here again, even if the price was right.

4 very flat pillows on king-size bed. Asked for more; said they were full and didn't have any. Also, room was warm; ac must've been preset to about 75 degrees. Slept with no covers.

Convenient location to UTD, quiet, great rates. Easy access to major roads.

Hotel staff was very nice. Close to restaurants. Easy highway location. Don't want to write anymore, please let me be done with this review. It's starting to ruin my experience. I am done.

This hotel has a convenient location and parking The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Great hotel. Good location. Big room. Lovely layout. Smelled a little musty. Nice, friendly staff.

Nice, but rather drab. Hotel could use an update. Dark halls, dark rooms - just needed a bit of brightening up. Not only the rooms, but the front desk as well. Staff not friendly and we stood in front of the check in desk for ten minutes as staff was talking behind the desk about a broken washing machine. A positive note, bed was comfortable!

Hotel was very cheap, old stuff, dark corridors, unhelpful reception etc. shower was so bad design, it was water all over the bathroom.

Everyone was wonderful there. Always came back with fresh towels and a made bed. I needed a wine opener and the front desk ran all over the place to find me one and joked with me about it afterwards. The room and bathroom were spacious and always clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I'm in the Dallas/Richardson area again. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Had to take cold showers and front desk representative didn't seem to care. Ended the call abruptly

The hotel is not worth 100 dollars a night. The breakfast was not good either.

Muy cómodas la aviación personal muy amable excelente limpia

Nice and affordable place to stay. Staffs are super sweet and nice.Only one thing, the room is so small but the rest are perfect. I would go stay at there again. The thing I love is even though the room is kinda small but they have Refrigerator and microwave.
