I read the reviews but thought that any thing that bad would be out of business. I was WRONG. I paid up front for my daughter. The day of her arrival, I called and spoke with the receptionist to verify the check in process. My daughter was denied her room for the first night and again the next morning. I had to go in and "speak" with the staff. They refused to give me the managers name and refused to reimburse my paymet (for eight days). Finally allowed her to check in. I think the scam is to allow upfront paynent, then deny access and double book the room. I watch two other couples ho through the same thing. Stay away from this hotel. The GM, has six othet locations. Im will to bet that the scam is being ran at those lications.

Nothing.. everything fine

Room was very clean and large enough for two people. The fridge and microwave were working fine. One downfall was the music played at the eating establishment connected to the property. We knew that they were separated by fence but the music sound was unbearable. It was not the hotel's fault, but we recommended getting the bedroom facing the swimming pool for noise reduction. Overall, we were satisfied with our stays and will stay here again when we travel down to McKinney, Texas.

It was a very nice budget friendly stay. The staff was very pleasant.

great nite of Rest, clean, hot breakfast in the Morning

Quick easy check in nice staff good breakfast bed was very comfortable

Bugs and dirty sheets. Unwelcoming staff. Overall cleanliness was poor. Television remote was missing batteries. Overall a very poor experience.

Was able to check in early. This was very helpful.

The bed itself was very comfortable and all the bedding seem to be reasonably clean. The showerhead in the bathroom did not work very well as I ran it through the adjustments, and the pressure was very weak. The shower curtain itself had stains on it but they were not too offputting. The television worked very well and receive many good stations in hi DEF clarity. Overall the room was comfortable clean well lit and had a good refrigerator. It was more the clientele around me in various rooms that were somewhat offputting. Hanging out on the balconies, smoking, with no shirts on, etc. Not a very hi class of people around me there, and a Honky Tonk Bar restaurant right across the way nade this a place for young people, but not kids. The hotel's pool seemed very nice but I did not use it. Night manager seemed very nice and helpful. Overall, a decent stay, especially for what it costed me.

First night wedding guest were extremely loud and kept us awake until midnight. Next day dirty bottle and wash rag was left out side our room. Overall next two nights were lovely. Would try it again when visiting our daughter.

Overall good really comfortable beds good staffing awesome breakfast just need to improve from the cleaning lots of hair in the bathroom coffee maker in my room was dirty and the Wi-Fi wasn't that great overall will give the resort three stars

Rooms are inexpensive, about $75 per night on average. They are outside entry. There is a bar/restaraunt that plays live music loudly until 12:30 or so. You can get a room on the other side...for like $30 more. I would not recommend.

They have a Hank's Bar/Grill next door that has live entertainment on some nights. Odd numbered rooms 101/201 to about 131/231 are right next to the noise source. You can upgrade from this noisy location but it costs you additional. With the AC going you can hardly hear the noise but wouldn't want to stay there in the cooler times of the year without the AC masking noise. It was okay for the money.

We both commented on the very comfortable bed and the good pillows. The check-in in was quite slow.

Hotel is in a great location. Rooms are comfortable and roomy. Single bed room includes a couch, desk and chair, flat screen t.v. in armoire, adjustable shows head, fridge, and microwave. The ONLY problem I had was that I requested a handicapped room on this sites preferences and called to make sure one was available but when I arrived they didn't have one for me. Other than that, everything and everyone was great!
