The hotel was great clean rooms great breakfast clean pool! The elevator was slow we took the stairs most of the time but it was a great experience!!

We only stayed one night there but it satisfied our needs. The breakfast here was much better than the other Hyatt Place hotel.

Unprofessional staff..dressed in warm ups..when we left to go to a funeral, we got back to a room that was not cleaned..no towels...oh yeah and over 100 kids running around with no supervision! Elevator was broke so all night we heard running up and down by the kids! Front desk did not answer any calls! Dont go here!!!!!

Beds were not comfortable, but the room was very nice and clean. You can hear a lot of noise from the hallways and there were kids yelling and running until midnight. Breakfaat was good, except for the kids running all over and the poor employees trying to keep up with the mess.

Hyatt place had everything I could want traveling for business and more. It's proximity to Global Life Stadium attracted me, but the overall experience wound up exceeding all expectations. The room wasn't much smaller than my condo, complete with a semi-private living room area, couch, giant television, and workspace. When I worked form my room in a real-time environment, I could pop downstairs for a freshly-prepared salad, fresh fruit, or gourmet coffee. The complimentary breakfast buffet is among the best I've ever had at a hotel and the fitness room is much nicer than the typical cardio machines and rack of dumbells that you find at other hotels. I wish I'd had time to try the heated outdoor pool. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Friendly staff, clean spacios room and good breakfast

We stayed at the Hyatt while in town for a couple of Rangers games. This hotel is conveniently located near Rangers Park, Six Flags, & Cowboy Stadium. There is a very nice pool outside. They served excellent complimentary breakfast. There are several restsurants/bars within walking distance. If on a boys' sports outing like we were, I recommend Red Heck Heaven across the street.

Hotel was very accommodating to our needs. Excellent location with a good staff and great breakfast bar.

This hotel is in an excellent location to be able to get to all corners of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. For business travelers not ideal when Six Flag season is happening. I would think the noise would be an issue. Off season like now it is excellent. Now if you are doing a family trip to Six Flags this hotel is the best. A double room will easily accommodate a family of 4. Breakfast included is one of the best for this style hotel. I will be going back in a few weeks on another business trip.

The staff seemed disinterested with their jobs and annoyed when answering questions or responding to requests.

Good hotel if you want to spend a bit more and get more comfort and amenities.

Stayed in this hotel for the Final Four...good proximity to all of the fun things in Arlington...Six Flags, Water Park, Ranger Stadium, and AT&T.... Staff was accomodating, and the shuttle will take you anywhere within 5 miles of the hotel...nice service! Rooms were good-sized, with sitting area and a bedroom...I would certainly stay there again!

The hotel was very. Got sick the day after checking in. I think it was from heat from the clean up from the flood. Not happy with o r b I t z for not answering there phone and not giving the hotel my #.

I thought that the Hyatt Place was a very nice hotel that was a very good location for our purposes (going to AT&T Stadium). The continental breakfast was the nicest one I have ever seen. The rooms were big and very nice. There are fun restaurants very close and attractions are nearby. The only thing that I thought they could improve upon was the bar/deli in the hotel was very small and had limited options. Good value!

The front desk also worked at the café... sharing 2 totally different responsibilities, there is definitely going to be some delay and lacking in service.

Geat location, super room, friendly and helpful staff. I will stay here again!

Very nice rooms ! Stayed in a double had a full sectional couch in ro separated sleeping Area so it was like getting 2 separate rooms. The couch has a queen size sleeper in it. A bit squeaky but comfortable. Room has a refrigerator nice hidden closet to put your things out of site. View was spectacular. Only down side is pictures made it seem like there was a huge bar and restraunt inside. There is a small area. The breakfast was good and the bar area is the same area as your breakfast area. Staff were very kind and attentive. No hot tub. Looks like it was removed. Outdoor pool only but it was clean and well maintained. Rooms smelled clean. Linen smelled fresh and Bleechy. Overall very happy with my stay! Will go again.

This is the 3rd time we stayed there and the location is the best. Convenient to all the restaurants, 6 Flags and the malls. Room was clean and staff was great.

It was a wonderful place to stay, not far from the stadium! The only thing we had a problem was it advertises about shuttle to the airport, BUT they do not tell you that they don't start until 7 A.M. with their shuttle. We had an early flight and had to pay 49.00 for the three of us! They need to specify that!

Excellent hotel chain!! Great modern and clean rooms, comfy bed...BEST breakfast and all around bang for your buck compared to others in this category of hotel chains!! Only negative thing to comment on is the lack of storage space for toiletries in the bath room there was virtually no counter top space to put things on...just the sink itself. Either than that, you won't regret staying here. Will be staying at Hyatt Place in the future as long at it's as competitive in price like it was in this area.
