So clean and friendly. Deliah at the front desk took care of us and was professional and friendly every day. The ladies working in the morning delivered a beautiful breakfast always smiling and friendly and again, sparkling clean dining area. I highly recommend this property without one complaint.

Very convenient location, and the room was nicely clean. Staff was friendly too. Our room refrigerator did not work, also the shower head was broken (was still okay to use). Wish there was an indoor pool.
I love this hotel and will choose to stay there again. Very high quality for the price and great location! Everything was perfect and due to traveling for business I stay in a lot of hotels, many that cost much more and Hilton Garden Inn is the best. I've also stayed in a Hilton Garden Inn in Springfield, Missouri and it, too, is very nice.
We went kitchen shopping and this hotel was just 5 minutes and 1 turn from Ikea and a nice upscale shopping area. Will definitely stay here when we go back to make the final purchase! Wish the breakfast had been included...
Everything was good with two minor hiccups, first there was an event across the street and the hotel does not seem to prioritize parking for customers, so if there is an event at the Frisco Arena try to check in hours before the event. And second was even though the check up is at noon the cleaning crew begins knocking on doors by 9:00 so make sure to hang your do not disturb sign if you are planning on sleeping a bit late.
Staff very helpful. Clean room. Adjustable mattress was wonderful. I felt I was back in my own bed!

my 1st grandson's first birthday in Frisco, TX missing was a snack bar where I could purchase food & or a drink before 5:00 and something a little nicer than the 'pantry'.

The Hilton Garden Inn Frisco was excellent. I am very cautious about hotels but I do have to say this one deserves a thumbs up as far as a traveler's hotels go. It was very clean and the room did NOT smell weird. The duvet and sheets were crispy white and the bathroom was spotless. They have Neutrogena products in the bathroom. I love pillows and I wish the room would have had six or eight pillows instead of four.
The rooms were very clean and the staff very helpful, from the restaurant staff to the front desk assisting us with arranging cab service for us to the airport.
