Pros: Very clean rooms; location the bay; exercise room Cons:1) The grounds have clutter all around. In need of basic cleaning. Saw the same empty water bottles tossed around the board walk all 3 days I was there. 2) did not tell us there would not be any housekeeping… There was a note on the check in sheet, that she had to drill down for, which stated “housekeeping would be limited”. Housekeeping was nonexistent… If you wanted your room cleaned they offered to drop you’ll have new towels and sheets. I understand this was “a Covid restriction“ but come on, one needs a bit of housekeeping when staying for three days. 3) at check-in told me there would be a $50 deposit put on my credit card… Understand that and except the condition. However, have to check out the deposit was not for $50 but was for $450 which was charged to my credit card… Still trying to get that money back now. 4) The pool closest to the hotel was ice cold. Was told by the front desk staff at the pool would warm up later but it never did. 5) Asked for a room on the bay and was told it would be an extra $20… Not a big deal but in these times do you really want to nickel and dime your customers? 6) boardwalk to the gazebo was closed due to a past storm… Was told it’s been out of service for two months. Time to get that fixed, talk to you think? 7) no free breakfast offered… However they did say you could grab some food at the “grab and go“ which was ridiculously priced. 8) No airport transport

Excellent, nice rooms and very clean! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was clean and enjoyable. Breakfast very good!

I don't know have they had a remodel or is it a new property but it was very beautiful and clean. Breakfast was also pretty good. Can't complain about the price either.
