Welcome to this charming house in Rowlett. This amazing property and its lagoon pool, offers a comfortable stay with its 3 bedrooms 2.5 bath, game room with pool table. You'll find a nice king bed, a cozy twin bed, and two queen beds, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and even a jetted bathtub for a relaxing soak. The cool amenities include heating,ironing board and iron, washee n dryer

Pool has jacuzzi but not heated attached to pool, can be heated there are extra charges for heating. Please call ahead if would like heated maintenance will heated prior to arriva it is daily charge from 7am to 10pm.

Comfortable place

Our family of four stayed and found the place very comfortable. Appreciated the quick responses from the host when needed. Would stay here again.

The house could have been more enjoyable if everything I read while booking actually worked! Kitchen counters / stove had a dirty greasy film on them. Floors had a slippery film. Jacuzzi was not working. Pool sticks were not usable/ tips had no felt tip. Each bathroom had ONE used toilet roll! I had to buy toilet paper. Only 2 coffee filters were supplied. Master Bedroom carpet floor was WET! a 2nd bedroom also had wet carpet. We could not get any TVs to work! Could not park by back garage as no info was provided. Patio furniture is in need of a major wash- cushions are stained. A/C was controlled by owner because It was hot through out the house. There were no instructions left on anything. Can opener is BROKEN! No dust pan. Broom is falling apart. NO Board games. No offer to compensate nor apologies for the wet carpets. Spending time w/ Family was the ONLY positive note about this place. Maybe all these issues will be taken care of for the next guests.

Thankful for VRBO call center staff!

Owner/property manager never sent code to get into the home. I tried for over 5 hours to check in. She answered the phone once and told me she would call me right back. After that, she avoided/ignored my calls and texts until very late in the night. I ended up having to call VRBO and who also called multiple times without an answer. They finally refunded my money so I could check into a hotel instead. The next day, the property manager finally text me a code but it was too late. Don’t waste your time trying to stay here. They are unreliable!
