I like the price and I can’t expect the hotel to be perfect for the price, but I should be able to take a shower with out the water freezing me out and then burning me with out me adjusting the water temperature. Also I seen roaches in the bathroom.

The beds are rather hard. Really could use a mattress topper.

They are very rude they have bedbugs and talk and look at you like you’re crazy

BR customer service, room was not clean, hair dryer did not work, shower running water was slow and it was too cold or too hot.

We are very dependent on the shuttle service. This year we had to wait over an hour for pick up. The vans are in very poor condition and dirty.

I am usually out on the road for my work purpose. I am sorry that I booked this hotel. This was my worst experience with this particular Days Inn. I was there for 1 night with my wife.The bathroom sink, the flush wasn't working. I asked the reception complaining about the issues. They did change the room but after me calling them for at least 5-6 times. Let me mention, the exchange room they gave, was filthy as well. And they had a note stuck on their AC/Heater of not changing the settings or unplug??? Don't you think that's dangerous?? What if any mishap would happen? If they can't afford to run the place, its better they close it down, before someone gets hurt.

I chose this hotel for the shuttle service and that it was so close to the airport. It took 1:30 to get from airport to hotel. After calling numerous times and getting the driver on, a guy showed up and said he had no room. I can understand being busy but when I call and the hotel says he'll pick us up in 20 minutes and an hour later there's still no one. That's what made me upset. They need to not going up the bus work people from other gates if you've told them they were coming. I got a very weak sorry. The hotel however was clean and had a little breakfast.

The breakfast was decent. The bed uncomfortable. The shower was awful. The front desk staff not very friendly. Not rude but definately not friendly.

AC was great nothing else good about that place at all !!!
