The hotel is dated. The lock on our room was broken and had to be fixed; and safe had to be replaced and was not achored allowing the staff to carry away the old to replace with another. The bed is very uncomfortable (--too firm) without any extra pillows.
The staff, however, were very helpful, friendly, and assisted us with directions and car services.

I would not recommend this hotel it is overpriced My room AC was not working and it took them hours to reponse to my complaint The buffet ran out of food and that is not acceptable overall it is not worth the money
