Located in Crown Point NY on the shore of Lake Champlain, this charming house offers 3 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 bathrooms equipped with all the essentials. The best of both worlds a contemporary living space boosting 25 - foot ceilings, expansive windows and open space including a living room, dining kitchen and master suite. Yet, the second part of the home is a a traditional Adirondack year-round beach cottage with a working second living room with a working fireplace, 2 and bedrooms. The home as three porched including a large screen in porch off the back of the home, which takes you back in time. The property has a Canoe and Kayaks on a shallow beach and dock. Plenty of space for yard games, sunbathing, and evening campfires. The sunrises over the lake looking at the Vermont Coast line are incredible and the fading colors at dusk and sunset along the New York shore line are incredible.

The location of this home is perfect for those wishing to explore both Lake Champlain, Northern Lake George, Vermont, and the Adirondacks.
Fishing, Lake Champlain or the numerous trout streams is always tremendous. 3 miles from the Crown Point Boat Launch.

The house was very much as shown, i.e., one side is a bright, modern addition and the other a traditional Adirondack cabin. The separation worked well for us. The views from both sides are truly beautiful. We were pleased that there were two showers, as we weren’t sure from the listing whether it was 1 1/2 baths. Our only disappointment was that the lake’s water level was so low that the dock didn’t reach the water. In our case that didn’t turn out to matter greatly, but it’s something to check on if you’re hoping to fish or swim from the dock. Overall a great experience.

Beautiful spot on Lake Champlain! The screened-in porch was fabulous, and the house was comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. We enjoyed taking out the canoe and kayaks, playing corn hole, and exploring the Crown Point area, Ticonderoga, and Vermont towns. Returning to the quiet beauty of the lake house after outings was wonderful.

Great family vacation spot

Property manager was super responsive. House was well-appointed with everything you'd need, and having two living rooms was an added bonus! View of the lake was great and we had fun floating in our inner tubes/hanging out in the shade when it was hot. Fire pit was great too, we had fun roasting marshmallows. Great place for a family vacation!

Amazing stay by Lake Champlain

You know how rental homes are often not as good as you'd expect based on the photos and description? This house is the opposite: WAY better than we expected! The space is huge and cozy, the kitchen is well stocked, the views of the lake are stunning, the boats are tons of fun, the grill is great, and the outdoor furniture (plus firepit!) makes hanging out easy. We had a great vacation and were blown away by this fantastic gem of a house. Look no further, this is where you should go for your vacation.
