This property is dirty and in poor condition. I have stayed at AmericInn's in other cities and they were very nice but this one is awful.
Rooms smelled of mildew. Carpet was patchy, old, and dirty which may have been part of the odor issue. Walls dingy and needed paint. Towels old, rough and dingy white. The mildew odor was the most overwhelming part of the problem. Tried switching to another room but it was the same. Stayed approximately 2 hours and decided to turn keys in and had to find other accommodations.

This place was an absolute dump! The front desk lady was very nice, but aside from that, it was a complete horror show. Dirty, run-down, smelly, and just generally awful. We came late and left early, so all we needed was a place to sleep. The sheets and bedding seemed clean, but the carpet and bathroom were appalling.
It was moist. The AC couldn't keep up. Also, Omaha was FULL, so it was over priced.
Staff at check in was great! There was adequate quick food for breakfast.

Would have liked more to choice from for breakfast but maybe because of covid there wasn’t much, otherwise we in joyed our stay.
Were told on the phone the spa was open. It was not. Changed rooms because the first was dirty.

This property was clean and up to date. We didn’t like the King bed. It was hard and didn’t like the bedspread. It had a stain on it Ewe! No other bedding offered in room so had the sheet only and AC blasting kept us either cold or hot all night. Update your bed and linens!!
Budget hotel. You get what you pay for. But, staff was very welcoming, professional and helpful.
Older property. Indoor pool not heated. Unable to get the room temperature comfortable. WiFi was flakey. Always going off and on. Large construction equipment in guest parking with mud on pavement and walkways
Ok. Nothing special. Stayed here because there were few rooms available due to Berkshire meeting. All hotels were price gouging.
This is a older hotel. Rooms have been remodeled. Pool was area was hot. Sauna was down the hall and around the corner, a inconvenience say the least. Breakfast was good.
