Great Canal Home

Bedrooms are spaced out. Plenty of privacy and room for the kids. Bar and pool were great hangouts. Will definitely rent again.

Enjoyed the Stay

Would’ve given a 5 Star, but there were some cleanliness and maintenance issues needing attention. Overall a beautiful home and kid friendly.

Great Place for a Relaxing Vacation

We had a great time in this well-appointed house on the water. The outdoor area to sit and relax or eat outside by the water was very nice. Tikki bar area was a fun place to sip your cocktails. Views of the water were great! You may see dolphins swimming by and loads of fish!

Guy’s Weekend

The physical property and location were great but VACASA, as the property manager, was a disaster. Thank goodness we did not experience any issues with the house or amenities. Communication with VACASA was so poor, I’m confident any issues would not have been resolved. The back porch, the outdoor kitchen area, and the little cantina were awesome.

Perfect Rockport Getaway – We Didn’t Want to Leave!

If you're on the fence about booking this vacation home—just stop scrolling and BOOK IT! This place was everything we hoped for and more. We truly loved everything about it and didn’t want to leave. The home is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and stocked with everything you need to relax and enjoy the coast. The outdoor space is incredible. We spent hours swimming in the private pool, fishing right off the back deck, and taking the kayaks and paddleboards out for a spin. It was like having our own private resort. The outdoor bar area was one of our favorite spots—perfect for evening drinks and gathering with family and friends after a day in the sun. Whether you’re a beach lover, an angler, or just someone looking to unwind, this place has something for everyone. The location is perfect—close to town, restaurants, and beaches—but honestly, we never left the house! It had everything we needed. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to make guests feel at home and on vacation all at once. If you’re dreaming of the perfect Rockport getaway, THIS is the place to stay!

Would stay here again

The property was very accommodating. The description on the site was very accurate. There is an extra sleeping quarter that is not part of the house and requires a different code to access. We did not have the best communication with the property manager about this issue. But once it was finally resolved, it was a great stay.

Family Weekend

Beautiful property. Enjoyed sitting out on the porches gazing at the water and watching a few boats go by. The beds were comfortable. Had trouble locking the main coded front door. Had to go out of another door to leave. Need dish towels and hot pads in the kitchen. Couldn’t get hot water in the kitchen or at the outside grill sink. Left side of grill not functioning. Floors need mopping. We did however enjoy our stay and would definitely rent it again. Plenty of room to relax.

Good house for entertaining

It would have been a great house for entertaining however we were out all day and only slept there. There were a few items that I would have assumed would have been repaired before we got there including toilet paper holder, towel holder in bathroom and a broken blind. But theses were minor. I would suggest better paper towels and Kuerig pods. A/c vents need cleaning. But overall very nice. We would rent again.

Great Vacation Home

The home was perfect for our stay. We did not feel crowded at all. The house had everything we needed and then some. Even had a few toys our kids played with. Great location as well! The only item I would mention were the floors were a bit dirty when we arrived. Nothing terrible, but you can tell they hadn’t been mopped. We would stay at this home again. We would definitely stay at this house again

Perfect vacation rental

Our family really enjoyed staying at this property, it had everything we needed. It was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We loved that it was in the water and had a great outdoor area for grilling and hanging out.
