The property was clean and spacious. It was equipped as advertised. Good location for neighborhood and coastal walks. Quiet and tranquil yard, great for evenings outside and morning coffee by the pool. The garbage disposal was not functional, the dishwasher was a little clunky and hits the cabinet knob, the burners on the stove need to be adjusted to reduce the flame size (they are too high), the kitchen was well-equiped with cooking utensils, but no basics are provided (foil, plastic wrap, e.g.), and the grill could use a cleaning. The outdoor fire pit was lovely, and we replaced the propane tank for the next guest. Would stay here again and recommend it to families who are looking for space to play and socialize. The host is very responsive and resolved our concerns promptly during the holiday.
