Get ready for an unforgettable beach retreat at Lovey's Landing, where charm, comfort, and convenience come together! This beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bath beach house, sleeps up to 10 guests and is packed with everything you need for a relaxing, memory-filled vacation.

Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, you're just a 1-minute drive to the beach or an 8-minute scenic walk. Plus, restaurants, shops, and nightlife are all within a mile. The spacious driveway accommodates 4 vehicles (or a boat), and golf carts are welcome too, for oversized vehicles additional parking is across the street from the home, by the pool (this parking is considered first come first served, shared parking).

- Open Concept Living: Inside, the bright and airy living, dining, and kitchen spaces are designed for quality time. Sink into the soft two oversized sofas with autumns, relax on the futon, or stream your favorite shows on the smart TV with Wi-Fi and great sound system
- Kitchen Goals: The modern kitchen features stainless-steel appliances a Ninja air fryer, and coffee options (Keurig and drip machine). The island-style dining table seats six and is perfect for meals or late-night board games!
- Grill & Chill: Step outside to cook up today's catch on the charcoal grill and savor it al fresco.

- Bedroom 1: Cozy and versatile with a full bed, twin trundle, smart TV, desk, and reading nook.
- Master Suite: Your oasis includes a king bed, dual nightstands, a closet, a dresser, a smart TV, and an ensuite bath with dual vanities and a tub/shower combo.
- Bedroom 2: Spacious and welcoming with a full bed and a twin bed, smart TV, and storage for all your beachwear.

Community Pool Perks
Take a refreshing dip in the shared private community pool, perfect for rinsing off after a sun-soaked day at the beach. The pool is conveniently located just steps from the house, making it easy to relax and unwind.

- Bedrooms: 1 King, 1 Full with Twin Trundle, 1 Full with Twin, plus a futon.
- Must be 25+ to book (ID required).
- Bring your own K-cups, charcoal, and laundry detergent.

Parking Policy for Beach House Guests
- No Garage Access
- Parking of vehicles or golf carts on the lawn is strictly prohibited.
- Golf carts are not permitted under the porch at any time.
- Violations can result in fines and offenders being removed from the property.
- Additional parking is available across the street at the community pool parking area.
