La Mirage Condo 319 Beachfront Resort Condominiums with Private Boardwalk

Welcome to Unit 319, where all six guest have their own bed. This unit had a 100% renovation, newly furnished and decorated with your comfort in mind
The kitchen has been opened up with a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. It has all new stainless steel appliances with a built in air fryer in the stove. Also, a Keurig single serve as well as a 12 cup coffee maker. Many pots and pans and utensils as well as a crock pot.
Dining room seats 6 at the table and 3 more at the counter.
Living room has full couch, 2 recliners and an arm chair a large TV on a cabinet and end tables with USB ports mounted in the rear.
Master bedroom with a king bed, nightstands, dresser and walk-in closet. In the master bath we have plenty of open shelves and a brand new vanity. The master tub and shower has been newly tiled.
Second bedroom has 2 sets of custom built bunk beds one is twin size and the other twin is XL. All bunks have ladders and headboards and side boards for your safety. Each bed has its own niche with a light an outlet and a USB port. Ceiling fan is caged to prevent fan blade injuries. All bunks were built to handle adults easily.
Our laundry has a full size washer and dryer and a wet clothes hanging rod and many cabinets and a granite cabinet top for folding clothes.
The patio has a table and 4 chairs two reclining chairs with ottomans and two taller chairs for ocean viewing. All chair groups have an end table. The patio provides beautiful vie4ws of the gulf and Corpus Christi Bay, the ocean sounds are mesmerizing.
Unit 319 was put together for short or long term stays and we know you will enjoy the unit.

Loved this condo. Pool and hot tubs were great & it was a super convenient walk to the beach. This condo was decorated so cute, the beds were comfortable & the kitchen was great for cooking in. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 6 days and really enjoyed it. The condo is lovely. My only suggestion is to be sure to have extra toilet paper and paper towels if staying for more than a few days. They only supplied us 1 extra roll of each and we were 4 people for 6 days.

The condo itself was wonderful. It was a bit stinky but we bought an air freshener. Really had a wonderful stay! We didn’t like the bands we had to wear. One broke within an hour of arriving on property and had to be taped on. While we understand the need for identification, there has to be a better way. By the end of our stay, the bands were gross and shedding Mylar on our skin. Also, we would have LOVED to rent chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Other than that, no complaints! The elevators were great! The beach was wonderful. Great covered parking. We would love to visit again!

Great family stay

This property is on the corner of the complex making it feel very private. Pretty view of the gulf from master, living, and kitchen. You can hear the ocean from the balcony which has plenty of good seating.Very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning works great. An easy walk to the boardwalk walk and on down to the gulf. The pools and game area are very nice and shaded in the evening. Much prettier and bigger than the photos show. Affordable and beautiful.

Only complaint is the weather

We were unlucky in getting the weather we got. This was our first time to CC/Port A and glad we got a condo with a kitchen because while the food out was good (assuming you could get in, very crowded) there isn’t much variety. The condo was great and look forward to staying there again.
