Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: lovely deck for viewing the sunrise over the bay. Clean, attractively furnished, well lit and totally as described. Walk to restaurants or 10 minute drive to HEB & Rockport restaurants & shops. Beds a bit too soft but we would definitely return.

Very clean house. Ice maker wasn’t working, beds are on the firm side. Didn’t use hot tub. Soaking tub upstairs was wonderful. No problem with hot water. It was a great stay

This house was one of the best ones that we have stayed in and we take several trips a year to the texas coast. Love the location and the views are unbeatable! Hot tub was an amazing bonus!! Very clean and well equipped.

Amazing Beach House on the Texas Coast

We had an amazing stay at this beach house in Fulton, TX! The place was perfect for a relaxing family getaway. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great—just a short walk to the water and a close drive to local restaurants and shops. We loved the peaceful vibe and spent a lot of time enjoying the porch and sea breeze. The host was friendly and responsive, which made the experience even better. Would absolutely stay here again!

Weekend getaway

We had never been to the area before and the condo was amazing. Water views, quaint neighborhood, shops and restaurants within walking distance, community pool was nice, hot tub. This place has it all. I would highly recommend this place and would stay again if I’m in the area,
