Esta casa del pueblo de Village by the Beach fue construida en 2016 y es una de las favoritas en la isla. Está amueblado con hermosos pisos de madera y cómodos muebles de felpa. Al llegar, puede relajarse no solo en el hogar, sino también en la increíble área de la piscina. Esta piscina es una de las mejores de la isla y se siente como un complejo tropical. Hermosa piscina para niños y fuentes que fluyen traerá paz a sus días de vacaciones.

Esta casa es de 2 pisos. En la planta baja hay un dormitorio con una cama king size con colchón de espuma de memoria cómoda, además de un credenza de cama queen en la sala de estar. Arriba hay dos camas queen con colchones cómodos. Total esta casa dormirá es 8. Perfecto para reuniones familiares! No hay necesidad de escatimar en el equipaje, ya que hay muchos armarios y espacio de almacenamiento de gran tamaño.

Y por supuesto, querrá tomar el sol mientras esté en la isla sabiendo que cuando regrese tendrá todas las comodidades del hogar: cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de cuarzo blanco, lindas sábanas, edredones, toallas, 3 televisores VIZIO, wifi privado dedicado y mucho más. Excellent weekend stay

The property is clean and full of coastal vibes. The location is ideal for trips to the beach. The pool is great and offered a nice place to lay out and relax in the sun. The two patios allowed us to enjoy some time in the shade while still enjoying the ocean air. Directions for check in and check out were very simple and we had no trouble what so ever. I would Love to come back and stay again!

New Year 2025

The location of the condo is excellent - about a block from the beach, a swimming pool is right outside, a grocery store and Dollar General are about a mile away. The condo is spacious with a TV in the living area and a TV in each of the two bedrooms. The condo is quiet and great for relaxing. We have stayed at this condo multiple times and have never been disappointed.

Corpus Condo

Our visit to this beautiful condo was very relaxing. The location is ideal with easy access to Corpus and Port Aransas. Additionally, beach access is 1-2 blocks away. We have stayed in this condo several times previously and each time our experience has been top notch. We plan to return soon.

Beautiful property

We had our annual girls trip to the coast. The weather wasn’t perfect at first but we enjoyed watching movies. On Saturday we took advantage of the weather and spent time at the pool. The pool is beautiful and right out the front door. The condo is beautiful and is super clean. Everything was perfect.

Just the Beach Getaway We Needed

We had an amazing time in Corpus Christi. We absolutely loved staying at the condo and enjoying the pool and the short walk to the beach. Our host was very responsive to our needs. This was our second visit to the condo and we would definitely book again!

The place was nice and close to the beach. The only thing I did not like was that on the last day we could not go swimming because the pool opens at 10 am and we had to leave at 10 am. I asked to stay for a little bit longer and the person in charge said NO! He didn’t work with us. But other than that, everything was good.

Great Week in Corpus!

We loved our stay at this adorable condo. We were just steps away from the pool and just a few minute walk away from the beach - so it was easy to get both of these in every day. There are some wonderful places to eat just a few minutes away from the condo, too. We were kissed by the salt water and the Texas sun. It was truly wonderful. We did have some car trouble on our way in, which prevented us seeing the whole island. However, with the full kitchen in the condo, we were able to order grocery delivery from H.E.B (the main grocery store in Corpus). We ate very well and did not miss a beat. I would highly recommend this condo for families. It is truly a gem on Padre Island. It's beautifully decorated and felt like a home away from home.

Great condo for beach trip!

We loved the location of the condo as it is just across the street from beach access. It was clean, well-stocked with essentials, and a great option for a two-family trip with plenty of space! We loved the pool and the playground on site. The property manager was on the ball in communicating which included a short-lived hurricane scare and in answering my last-minute questions. We will definitely consider booking for our future trips since we come at least annually. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay!

The property was great, and the location was perfect! We actually loved being right across from the pool. With young kids, it made it super easy to go grab popsicles or a toy we forgot. Easy walk to the beach, comfortable beds, nice big TV’s for winding down at night, and 2 parking spots!

Wonderful vacation!

This property was perfect and a wonderful place to stay for our week-long beach vacation. All communication was prompt, friendly, and accurate. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels, blankets, and linens. The location is perfect for a quick walk to the beach and steps from the nice, heated pool. All in all, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Inside of property was exactly as described and what pictures show. The outside was probably even better than pictures showed as you know how that can be sometimes when viewing things online. We were very happy with our stay and pricing.

Great place!

Information came to in a timely manner with all the details to get there and in. The place was grear! Comfy and nice. The kids were excited about their balcony. It even had a baby gate and packnplay. We used the babygate as a just in case during the night at the top of the stairs. Great water pressure and everything was well maintained. The pool was right outside but you didn't hear any noise from it. It was a great place!! We would stay at this set of condos again but would love to be at the same rental.

Perfect staycation

Such a great place and a perfect location. The pool was right outside our door and the beach was a short walk away. The townhome had everything we needed to make our stay unforgettable. The property manager was very helpful when needed. We would definitely stay again! My granddaughter was sad to leave :)

Family Vacay at its Best

The house was FABULOUS!! Very clean. Exceptionally comfortable mattresses on every bed. We were so happy with the cleanliness, the beds, the property, the location, the furniture and appliances, the supplies in the home, and even the cute decor. We loved it all!! And it was was a wonderful surprise to have the family room and each bedroom have their own tv WITH all tv capabilities.

Perfect Getaway

My family stayed for a week during the heat of the summer. We loved the awesome accommodations, and the owner had thought of everything needed for the stay. Absolutely loved the short walk to Whitecap beach and the convenient pool outside our doorstep! Can't wait to come back.
