Icky house.

We would have enjoyed our stay if not for the cleanliness of the house. Trash was under the beds- food and drinks-, there was a dog pee stain we assume on the bed sheets, and one of the tv output lines was sparking and popping. As well as a porch light was out. Overall upkeep was pretty bad.

Great Location

This is simply an older property, location is awesome, house was clean but outdated and there isn't much open space like a great room to support the number people the house fits. Cleaning prior to arrival was very good. No beach accommodations and some trash on property. Despite some flaws its very nice to have a short walk back from the beach and hop in the hot tub with 4-5 other people. Realtor support was great.

Neglected House

August Rush is in a fabulous location- but the house needs MAJOR updating. The wallpaper was coming down, the ceilings had been repaired but looked dirty. The house is VERY dated and for the money we paid I am still pissed and disappointed.
