HOUSE RULES
- There is no smoking of any kind inside the house and on the decks/patios. Any violation of this policy requires guest to pay a $750 Ozone Fee per occurrence.
- If you do not check out on time, you will be charged $100 per 25 minute increment past 10:00am.
- We only allow ONE (1) low-shedding dog. Pet Fee is $200 per dog. No cats or any other type of animals are permitted. Dogs must be crated if left alone in condo. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture or beds.
- Treat our house like your own. You will be charged for any broken or misplaced items.

HOT TUB RULES
• Must be 18 years old to enter hot tub
• You must shower before entering hot tub
• No glass in or around hot tub
• Consult your physician before entering hot tub
• No lifeguard on duty. Enter at your own risk
• Turn lights off and cover hot tub when done. Clips must be attached or lid will blow off.
• No sunscreen, self tanner, sweat, or any creams can be on your body when entering hot tub
• if you don't follow these rules and hot tub must be drained you will be charged $250 for drain and clean.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Fall in Montana is majestic and beautiful (highly recommend btw!) and this property was perfect. It was exactly as described. The view from every room is amazing, especially the bedroom upstairs - truly wow! What a wonderful way to experience Glacier National Park with luxury accommodations after hiking all day. We absolutely will be back and hope to stay at this property again - next time with our adult children. Thank you, Bill!!
