We take pride in keeping the RV exceptionally clean and thoughtfully prepared for every guest. 👨‍👩‍👧 Traveling with a larger group or extended family? We have a second camper property located right nearby! While both spaces are completely private and independent, they are close enough to make vacationing together a breeze. This sister camper offers even more sleeping space, making it the perfect addition for larger families! If you are interested in booking both properties together for a special discounted rate, please send us an inquiry before booking. We would love to host your entire group!

📌 Please Note
🚂 Railroad: Our 30-acre property borders the BNSF rail line, so train activity and occasional train horns will be heard from the property. Most guests find that the peaceful setting, beautiful river views, and sound of the river more than make up for it. Earplugs are provided for guests who are sensitive to noise or light sleepers.
👧 Children: The RV sits on a hillside overlooking the Flathead River. While we welcome families and love having kids enjoy the property, children must be supervised at all times.
💧 Water: The RV is fully connected to water and power. Water from the RV is not recommended for drinking. Bottled/supplied drinking water is provided.
🔥 Fire Restrictions: County-wide fire restrictions may apply depending on weather and conditions. Guests will be notified if restrictions are in effect.
🎣 Fishing: Fishing is allowed and encouraged on-site with a valid Montana fishing license. Guests are responsible for checking current Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks (FWP) regulations.
🚐 Additional Camping & Parking: Tent camping is welcome on-site, and additional RV parking without hookups may be available upon request.
Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a fireplace.

Perfect Location for Glacier NP

Perfect location if you are traveling to Glacier NP. Our family of 4 had a great time on this property as it had all the amenities needed but with plenty of outdoor space with a "camping" feeling. It's a short drive to the west entrance of Glacier, a pizza place and small stores.

Absolute 5-star stay! The riverside RV was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect—close to Glacier National Park and the ideal place to relax by the water after a day in the park. Lynn was an amazing host who made sure we had a great stay, and we loved getting to know Oakley. We’d absolutely stay here again when we’re back in the area. One of the best rentals we’ve ever booked—never knew camping could be this nice!

We're grateful for a secluded place close to. Glacier Park. The approach to the property was a bit disconcerting, but it was quiet, clean and convenient. The property manager was very responsive, answering questions promptly.

Beautiful RV on Beautiful land

Our family loved staying in this quaint and tidy RV that has it all. From the river sounds, the s’mores and games for the kids, we really enjoyed it. My kids even said they wants to leave Glacier park to spend more time at the RV. Host were very responsive and friendly. Would love to stay again in the future!

Beautiful

The view was amazing. Perct place gor a getaway. Owner and the host were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again. There were toys for the children acess to the river and plenty of seating to just sit and drink your morning coffee and to have a glass of wine after your adventures.

Lynn was the most gracious host. We brought my 3 grand children and she was very thoughtful in leaving toys/activities for them to play with. This is such a a nice RV. Lynn is an incredible host! Everything that you could want or need is provided in this home. Immaculately clean, cozy & comfy. The location of this RV is completely private. There are many places to hang out outside. Our favorite spot was the wooden swing facing the river. The perfect place to unwind after spending time in GNP. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. 5 stars!!!

Absolutely loved our time here! The RV was a dream, spacious by RV standards, and so nicely stocked and supplied with whatever we might need. Close to groceries, gas, restaurants, and so convenient to Glacier. Great firepit. Our hosts were lovely and responsive. Thank you so much!!!!
