Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom. 1st bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has a full bed. Living room has a full size couch that pulls out to a queen size bed. Fully stocked kitchen with a coffee pot and pots/pans for cooking. Unfinished basement with a washer and dryer. Right across the street from Pat and Fran's Pub and 5th Street Fitness. Close to U of Iowa Hospitals and school, 5 minute drive to the IRL or Coral Ridge mall.
