Generally clean, but there was something sticky on the carpet. There was a lot of noise in the hall after 10:30 p.m. Not sure if it was guests or not.
Terrible customer service. They claim I didn't pay for my first night, but The agent would have not gave me a key if didn't pay after a nights stay. I showed them my checking account and it displayed my transaction in which shows dates times, and location the transaction. The lady that could have been screen shot and could not accept my account on phone. They called police,. I met other people at the hotel that advised me it always issues at that hotel.
The nightly rate and customer service wee the positive. The room size was my biggest issue. I traveled with myself and my 4 children who are tall and healthy boys. I intentionally included that in my room selection. I booked the room under the impression that it slept 5, but that wasn’t the case. The room only slept 4. That was a huge disappointment. My boys and I were very uncomfortable for both nights. The receptionist was very understanding but her hands were tied. The only other rooms were suites that were above my price range.
Service was great and excellent. Staff was incredible. Room was clean.
The elevators need repair. They have many lights out and the floors are missing pieces. The walls are too thin and too much sound passes in from all directions.
What I liked was the customer service in the reception area fast friendly check-in, the lobby and pool area was nice and clean. What I didn't like was the old appliances, the television and the refrigerator were in poor condition. The tub black molding around it.

I am sorry for the misunderstanding but a bank debit card is not a credit card and they can't tell the difference between a charge and a authorization. One charge will look like two and two charges will look like four until you check out. You should call your bank as sometimes they are different between different brands. You need to understand how your debit card works when the business uses an authorization instead of an actual charge like a restaurant
