There is a sign in the lobby stating that they will not apologize for any inconvenience due to Covid. Covid is over, and I stayed at 2 different hotels in Ohio who did not have this condescending attitude. Also, an online description of amenities said they offer shuttle service to the airport. When we inquired at the desk, we were told shuttle service is discontinued due to Covid.

I have been coming to the baymont over 10 years and its sad how bad its gotten. Moldy showers, water damaged lighting, uncomfortable beds, no breakfast, pool unavailable due to local kids, drug deals in the parking lot. Can no longer recommend.

It's presently an out of the way very nice hotel in the re-emerging Rickenbacker Airport area. Access is easy via US33 East off I-270 South.

The evening check in staff and gentleman that helped get us into the pool and extra towels were awesome. The morning staff was not very welcoming, like we were bothering her to get us hot water for tea and a grab and go breakfast. The wallpaper was peeling off, the bathroom was stained and mildewy, no exhaust fan and the pillows were 1 per person and you had to roll them to make a pillow out of them.

The staff was very professional, polite, helpful and accommodating.

I preface this review by saying staff members were helpful and quick to respond to my issues. That said, there are a few things that will prevent another stay here. Sheets and pillows filthy with red stains. Had to ask twice for replacements. The elevator door made a horrific noise while opening/closing. It definitely needs maintenance ASAP. There was no TV remote in the room. The replacement remote had to be duct taped shut where the batteries go. The "continental breakfast" was a paper bag with a small bottle of water, a granola bar and a cup of oranges. Overall not a positive stay.

I stayed there because it was close to where I needed to be in a hurry. The room was not cleaned when we checked in, we moved across the hallway. The bathroom floor was deplorable. I ran the vacuum in the room before I went in. I don’t like the idea of the sheet as a top cover. You should least have a washable top.

We were not happy with the hot tub. It was very dangerous getting in and out. I fell getting in. It had no bars To grab on to. We didn't like that the policy was no cleaning the rooms. They don't get cleaned until the customer leaves.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great, bed was very comfortable. Pool was closed due to water pipe break. Over all nice but hotel was under renovation.

Read a lot of discerning reviews on this hotel. But to my surprise it wasn't as bad as the reviews. Luckily there was a new owner who had just purchased the hotel and he is turning it around he is doing an excellent job of improving the conditions of the hotel the jacuzzi suite was excellent it was affordable and was clean. The only bad thing that I seen was the attitude of half of the staff members. It wasn't a bad attitude but it wasn't a happy one they need to improve on their customer service and their demeanor

The hotel was not bad but there was definitely nothing special about it. It was highly understaffed, and we had to trade our dirty towels to get new ones. The check out process was not handled properly either. I reserved the room online and paid at the hotel, so i was supposed to get a receipt from the front desk. I was told that Expedia would send my receipt via email. After I did not receive the email I called and I was informed that I was in fact supposed to get a receipt from the hotel. Now I have been charged, not sure of the exact amount or which card because I held the reservation with one card and attempted to pay at the hotel with another. My experience with booking hotels through orbitz has always been seamless but this time, not so much. I am not pleased with this hotel right now.

Great staff. Very nice pool and hot tub. Room was clean.
