I made a mistake on the original reservation by getting the date wrong. I tried to correct the date within 10 minutes. The desk representative insisted that I still pay for the mistaken dated and the corrected date. So I was billed for two reservations even though I only stayed one night. I requested to speak to the manager several times but the manager would never talk to me. Not customer friendly.

We stayed here to attend our son’s basic training graduation . The hotel and room was very clean and had a wonderful atmosphere. They served a full breakfast and located next to Waffle House and Chick fil A. It was also close to everything.

The room was very good, the staff was very helpful and curious. Our only issue was the walls are so thin that other guest could be clearly heard in the hallway and adjacent rooms keeping us awake, we were so tried the next day from lack of sleep.

The room had a mildew smell to it when i checked in. I went and purchase some air freshener, the bathroom shower floor wasn’t as clean so I put a towel down to protect my feet. For that pricing i would have expected better but i understand they come here to upcharge on everything and give basic minimum maintenance and rooms.
