My son graduated from BCT at Fort Jackson South Carolina so we booked a room at La Quinta from Oct 27, 2025 - Oct 30, 2025. We were able to take him from Fort Jackson to his next base for AIT and had to check out a day early. The hotel refused to refund our last day. The guest in front of us when we were waiting to check out was having an issue and the staff was being very rude to him in front of all of the other hotel guests. The facility itself was nice, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff at check in was very nice, helpful, and all smiles. I understand that everyone has bad days, but when you work in the public you can not be rude like that. Very disappointed in
