When I pulled into the parking lot, there were people outside smoking pot. The first room I was put in had no working air conditioner and smelt horrible! I went back to the lobby and the guy walked outside to goof off with the smokers. When he got back, he said he only had one other room available so I got stuck in a room with an ac unit that BARELY works. So noisy to. I couldn't get to sleep until well past 11 and then was woken up around 1230 by people in the hall running around, jumping, and banging on doors. Really wish I could get my money back on this.
This hotel is consistently pleasant, efficient, and comfortable. I have been staying at this hotel since August of of 2017 and I always feel welcome and my needs met. The staff is always accommodating and very helpful.
Extended Stay is an excellent place to lay your head for a day, or an extended stay. With the kitchen alone, makes it feel like a remnant of being at home. Clean rooms, and courteous service that's not overbearing to your sense of privacy, makes the stay that much more relaxing and enjoyable. Honestly felt like a studio apartment. The management and staff is great. The assistant manager of the facility Miss Blanco made me feel important as a customer, and person throughout my entire stay. With that personalization it made me have no problem with staying the length time i did, or the money I spent. My personal feelings about her is the extended stay itself; benefits greatly with anyone in management like her to complete a great staying experience. Everything fit in place to make this a great resting place short, or long term. One of the best and reasonable priced hotels in columbia.
Literally only hotel I could find. Place is a dump. First room had pile of kitty litter on floor. No tv remote. When I went to leave there were 5or6 adults in parking lot getting high with their very young kids standing by.
Good clean rooms quiet good atmosphere great customer service definitely will visit again.P.s. the front desk operators really work hard to make sure my stay was pleasant everything ran smoothly!!!!!!!
This place is NOISY. So much foot traffic, loud all night long. Marijuana smelled up the corridor to my room. Oh, and I killed a roach in the bathroom. The location and price worked since it was close to the work location in th is city.
I have stayed in this hotel since August 2017. I have found the staff more than accommodating to all me needs and request especially Michael and Cory Pendergass. I will always stay at this hotel when I visit Columbia.
My pull out bed mattress was nasty. A female mistral cycle was all over it. It was dirty with plastic wrap to the bottom of it. I ask to be moved but no other rooms were open so they said. My kids sleep on the floor. We had nowhere else to go. It was as New Year’s Eve.
There are two(2) very good and professional people that I encountered here and their names are Toya and Brandon(the front desk CSR’S). The GM and his Asst are liars, thieves and very unprofessional. Irene, the Asst told 6 lies about charges made to a debit, that they wasn’t giving authorization to use. I had died blood on my sheets blood on my sheets, the second room 209 was full of roaches, another room smelled like a dog pissed in the rug, and when I got into 216, Brandon had to change my linen. The comforter was DIRTY. I can’t say to much, because I hired an attorney. But, don’t stay here. The housekeepers are HORRIBLE especially Sharon. A crackhead who’s very unprofessional and Mike(GM) is going to back his unprofessional, nasty, crew even when he knows that they’re wrong. Irene came from The Red Roof Inn on Berryhill Rd. Need I say more? Check out my video and picture of the blood stained sheets

If you select the free one, be prepared for a really slow connection. 3 - It's quiet for sure
