The Space: Welcome to our inviting and spacious Airbnb! Our home features five comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with its own television for added convenience and entertainment. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and bedside lamps for added comfort. The second and third bedrooms offer queen-sized beds, each with a ceiling fan to keep you cool during warmer months. Additionally, our fourth bedroom features another king-sized bed, while the fifth bedroom provides a cozy queen-sized option. For relaxation and entertainment, our living room offers ample seating and a 60" Smart TV. Enjoy cooking meals in our fully equipped kitchen, complete with cookware essentials, and gather with loved ones in the dining area. Outside, our patio area features a BBQ grill and outdoor seating for al fresco dining. Other amenities include central AC, a full bathroom with towels and toiletries provided, in-unit washer and dryer, and parking space for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway. Type of Cooling for the Home Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
