Was outdated and couch was dirty. Bugs around refrigerator. Bathrooms was not as clean as ut could have been with spiders in there as well. Wouldn't recommend.

The facility, in general, is dirty and run down. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately for them the facility was average, at best, even for east St. Louis, and their bosses or owners are in India, and not readily available for consultation.

It was great

Room had cobwebs. Mattress cover was visibly dirty. Several areas of dirt, residue, and other substances on the walls and floor of both bathroom and room. Back door from parking lot did not close leaving it half way open for anyone to enter.

This location was only ten minutes from our venue. It was quiet and spacious. The only thing was, we could not get breakfast because the COVID restrictions were still in place and I cannot eat pork, which was part of every bag they offered for breakfast.

Great service at check in staff was very nice and attentive. Willing to acomódate my needs I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends

The staff was very nice and the room was clean with a fresh smell. Anytime I come home to check up on my family I stay here and have a great stay.

The front desk staff was very nice and polite. The carpets had allot of stains !

Phone was completely broken and could not be replaced Staff tried to assist.

Staff were so nice! Room was kind of on the nasty side...my daughter had dirty hands and knees after crawling on the carpet. Also there was a serious moldy science experiment growing in the AC, made my son sick.

Arrived to find the hotel in a nice quiet area close to Walmart and Schnucks, which was great as we needed to do some shopping anyway. Room was nice, though some things you could tell were not cleaned recently or well. Room was right over the pool on the floor below which made it loud as there were a lot of people enjoying the pool as part of a birthday celebration. Overall the stay was nice, but I was hoping for a little more for the cost.

There is walmart and a big grocery within walking distance, very convenient. Across the street there is "Captain D" restaurant - excellent sea food with excellent price, Will stay at the same hotel and go to eat at the same restaurant again when visiting St. Louis next time. The standard room is spacious. 2 queen beds and a full size pull out couch bed. Good for family travel. Decent hot breakfast. Good value.

They were very busy, but they helped with everything we needed. The rooms were nice and breakfast was good. We would stay again.

Hotel is not worth the value. Check-in took 30 minutes and I was the only one to check-in (no line!). First room offered was actually not cleaned with trash and beds not made. When asked about it, I was offered a 2nd room which was okay. Had no warm water one of the day I stayed. No housekeeping staff to make the bed each day. Room wasn't cleaned for 2 days. Ironing board had stains and dirty - tried to iron my washed white shirt and it had stains and marks after ironing due to it. Free breakfast was great. Checkout took 15-20 minutes (again no one in line!)

We stayed two nights at this Comfort Inn. When I called to make the reservation, the desk clerk said she needed to call me back. I waited 20 minutes and called again when I didn't hear from her. She said she was still busy checking out a large group. I finally booked the room online, and then when driving there, she finally called back. Thankfully, in person, the personnel were far more responsive. The room we stayed in was newly renovated. A truck was outside the motel delivering dozens of sofas. The renovation did not affect our stay. We had a good night's sleep in a fresh room. We would stay there again.

great nice clean room and bed, hair dryer I was in town for the wizard con down town $150 a night this cost me half 2 nights for $150 amenities: needs a TV Guild poor: Would not give me a printed receipt when checking out next door to an older Walmart and a few places to eat This hotel could use more parking added to it.
