Shower was disgusting with mold everywhere, credit card was charged twice with no assistance from staff who just told me to dispute it with my bank.

The location is good. I didn't like the fact that there was no elevator available. I have bad knees and the climb was difficult.
The manager was very nice an accommodating when we asked to check in early. We only requested the king room but were given the king room with the sofa. The facility is fairly new, the room was very clean, a nice large refrigerator, microwave. Nothing was worn or dated. The room was large
It was a decent hotel. I reserved the suite with the kitchen, but when I arrived at the hotel, their suites doesn't have a kitchen.
This hotel uses an air freshener the likes of a truck stop bathroom that is to say the least so strong you may have difficulty breathing. The small almost knocks you down in the front office as well as when you enter the rooms. My wife has breathing issues and she struggled to sleep through the night. Had we stayed more than one night we would of had to change hotels.
Hotel was nearly new. Room clean and pleasant. The only problem was noisy neighbors.
Outdated and anytime we got up you could hear the springs of the bed. Pillows were very soft and offered no support. Both my husband and I woke up achy. Only had one sm shapoo and conditioner. Yet we regestered as 2 adults and 2 children. The comforters smelled like they had not been washed in a while.

Sorry for the problem you received. At any point the complaint was pointed out to the front desk and if you would have asked for a folio for your stay which shows you are getting charged only once.Thanks for staying with us.
