Great little cottage

This is a wonderful little cottage in a great location in Cocoa beach. Can walk to the beach and resturaunts and quieter than up in the more commercial area. Fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog. Many little touches that made our stay better. Will definitely stay again when in Cocoa beach

Great Stay!

Clean and cute cottage two blocks from the beach. Has a nice little backyard area for a dog, and a hammock to chill. The kitchen has essentials like a Keurig machine, the bedrooms are spacious, and the bathroom has an updated, modern shower space. Great little landing pad after a day spent at the beach or hanging around town!

A great place to stay!

Second time staying at the cottage was just as great as our first. Great location, perfect accommodations - the cottage is well equipped with just about every convenience you need -- and a private backyard that made our two dogs very happy. Can't wait to return next year.

Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing time! The property was very clean, quaint, and comfortable. There were plenty of provided amenities. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this cottage to friends and family.

Everything we needed for our first trip to Florida

Great location just a short walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. The house was the perfect size for our family of 4 and we had everything we needed to explore Cocoa Beach and the surrounding area.

This place is great! Perfect location for the bars and the beach! It was my birthday and they even greatest me with a happy birthday sign! Highly recommended for anyone the backyard is super cute and the bedrooms are comfortable beats any hotel!
