The good: The location was awesome since we were going to the Chiefs/Browns game and could walk to the stadium. Getting in was tricky with the security desk but once we figured that out it was smooth sailing and we felt safe. The not so great: We were pretty sure someone had slept in the sheets prior to us, they were certainly not clean and noticeably ruffled. The floors were not clean in the bathroom or kitchen/dining area. They advertised 6 people could sleep there but they need to specify 4 adults and MAYBE 2 small children, we had 4 adults and 2 grown teens. There also weren’t enough towels for all of us even for 1 shower so we had to request laundry soap to wash the 5 towels for our 2 night stay.

Downtown Cleveland Terminal Tower Apartment

The apartment was extremely nice & spacious! Very clean, bed was comfy, showers clean as well. The location in downtown was convenient for the work conference I attended next door at Hotel Cleveland-connected by an internal hallway. Most all doors get locked at night, so the security is very good as well. Only issue I was leery about was the people that tend to linger around the outside area, due to the square being an RTA transportation drop off area, as well as connected to the casino. But that is no fault to the owner nor the property and therefore, I rated the stay based on the apartment & location itself. If you are used to downtown atmosphere, then this will not bother you in the least. Overall, a very, very nice place to stay! I would stay again no problem! Communication was great & check-in is far easier than it sounds. I parked at the casino parking garage as I was familiar with it. It is a bit of a walk with luggage thru the casino to the apartment, but with gambling at the casino, my parking was paid for by the casino's swipe/earn program. As one other review mentioned, I'd take extra paper towels/toilet paper if staying any length of time. Thanks for the rental! Enjoyed my stay!

Great location

Location was perfect! We walked to the Hall of Fame, the Cleveland Masonic for a concert, sports venues, pubs and restaurants were all within walking distance. We didn’t need our car at all. We would certainly stay here again.

This was a great unit! It was clean and conveniently located. We had a car but walked mostly. Having a washer/dryer in unit was so helpful. We also enjoyed having access to a gym. I would definitely recommend this property!

Just what the doctor ordered!

My family traveled here to visit the Cleveland Clinic. We stayed at this wonderful apartment at a great price, while we completed testing for surgery. We wanted the space to keep the kids entertained and got just what we needed. It gave us all the privacy we wanted, but provided the common space for us to come together for meals. The beds were comfortable and the host was quick to respond to all of our questions. It's a bit of a journey to park and get inside, but the security personnel kept everyone safe. They were polite and helpful and when we experienced issues they had our back.
