Welcome to Les Prés Motteville, this beautiful typical Norman house has been tastefully and modernly restored by the owners to guarantee you a memorable stay. Everything has been thought out to satisfy young and old alike: Wii console, jacuzzi that can be used all year round, swimming pool, numerous board games... A tennis court and municipal pétanque courts are adjacent to the garden and freely accessible. You can also enjoy the bar area, the beautiful fireplace and the terrace. The outdoor swimming pool is heated according to the climatic conditions min 10° temp. outside (April-October) and is exclusively reserved for the gîte. Small + an educational farm (the school farm) 150m from the house (childcare on request). Parking under video surveillance. 24-hour check-in. Possibility of booking aperitif boards and local products with the person in charge of reception. Ground floor: entrance on landing, modern semi-open kitchen equipped with dining table and flat screen TV.
