I got bit by bed bugs and the owners told me to leave when I brought the issue to them

Beds were way to hard, we were actually going to ask if they forgot to put a mattress on because it felt like we were sleeping on the box springs and not enough pillows one thin pillow was not enough.

room was clean, staff was friendly. a few more breakfast options would be great.

The experience from check in to check out was pleasant. The only drawback is breakfast, but this hotel is located near quite a few places to get breakfast, so no big deal. The was clean, comfortable and well worth the cost of the stay.

I have always stayed at Red Roof Inn wherever I go because I love their rooms. However, at this particular location I had to deal with a rude staff member Michelle, who had an issue with me using Orbitz. My room was already booked through Orbitz and she denied me a room because it was "too close to midnight", which is something I have never heard of. She took a very simple situation and made it into a big deal. So, I had to switch to a nearby motel 6 who gave me no issues whatsoever. I called Red Roof Inn Corp and was told to report her because she was in the wrong and should not have refused me a room, when my room was already booked. Would definitely stay away from this location until she is removed.

The hotel was clean and in a good location. It was a great value. However, what really stood out was how friendly and welcoming the staff is at this location! I would return to this hotel just because of the staff. They were wonderful and honestly, a lot nicer than most staff at fancier hotels.

The room was large and clean. the bathroom was also clean. It did not have a hair dryer, but that was okay because I always travel with mine. We just stayed the night and it was nice and quiet on the side we were on. We will most likely go again as our granddaughter lives there and we go down to bring her back to our state.

It was an OK place to stop on my way to Illinois. The room had very little amenities--no hairdryer, coffee pot; the shampoo was an "all-in-one" in a tear-off package. Was pet friendly, but for only one dog; what was I to do with the other?

Hotel staff was very uncooperative, particularly when we tried to check in. We have never experienced such rudeness from workers at the check in desk and consequently, will probably never use this hotel again.

nice hotel

rude staff member michelle

I have always stayed at Red Roof Inn wherever I go because I love their rooms. friendliest staff ever

The hotel was clean and in a good location. It was a great value. However, what really stood out was how friendly and welcoming the staff is at this location! I would return to this hotel just because of the staff. They were wonderful and honestly, a lot nicer than most staff at fancier hotels.

granddaughter vacation

The room was large and clean. the bathroom was also clean. It did not have a hair dryer, but that was okay because I always travel with mine. We just stayed the night and it was nice and quiet on the side we were on. We will most likely go again as our granddaughter lives there and we go down to bring her back to our state.

what an awful experience!

Hotel staff was very uncooperative, particularly when we tried to check in. We have never experienced such rudeness from workers at the check in desk and consequently, will probably never use this hotel again.
