Comfortable rooms. They could use new pillows. Friendly, helpful people.

3 of us had different rooms and all had its own unique issues and odors.

This hotel was filthy! It smelled really bad and the bed sheets smelled like that hadn't been washed in weeks. We got in late in the evening and it was only a one night stop to our destination. I would never stay there again!

The motel is fairly run down, and desperately needs renovating. Everything was adequate, but I would recommend paying the extra money for a nicer hotel.

Nice clean motel. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend to travelers looking for room to stay over while traveling. Great value.

Was in town visiting family and needed a place. Convenient and clean.

The room had a real funky smell. Kind of like the toilet had overflown and no one cleaned properly. Air conditioner only worked on high. Bed really needs a new mattress, very lumpy. The people working there were very polite, only positive part of our stay. I would not recommend this hotel until they updated and corrected these problems.

Maids did not change the sheets every day as most hotels do. A black spider was found in bed two days later and the fridge froze all water that was placed in it. For the price I guess one gets what they pay for. It was my first time renting a room in Tennessee.

Old hotel but clean and great price. Helpful and friendly staff.

Different then most hotels but not a completely bad experience

We were just traveling through, and this suited our needs fine. It wasn't fancy, but the reception was very welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and it was good to have breakfast included for the whole family at this price (simple though it was). It was a good overall value.

This hotel is an average hotel. It is older and a little outdated. The bathroom showed the most wear, but it did have a great heat lamp The beds were clean and nicely made. This hotel was VERY CLOSE to the Pinnacle where the Pepsi Tournament took place. The staff were all VERY NICE and easy to get along with. All in all we would stay here again.

I got a great rate and was not expecting the level of attention and accommodation that was given. The room was not only clean, neat and updated, but it smelled wonderful. We were taken care of while a guest there and the staff worked around our leisure schedule.

Comfortable place st a great location. Has some years on it.

It was OK. The couch and desk and chair was broken. Also, the door lock was difficult to open.

Hotel was a little old and needed work. Had to change room due to A/C not working well. Staff was happy to switch room and brought me a key to the new room as soon as I called about A/C.

The stay was not too bad.. Staff was super friendly.. My issue was that the website said check-in was at 2:00.. When I got there, the sign said 3:00. I went ahead and got my key and was informed that the room would be ready at 3:00. I came back at 3:00, my room still was not ready, myself and my two toddlers waited for an hour to be able to go into the room (we were told 10 minutes about 5 times). Other than that the stay was great and the room was clean!

close to eateries and good shopping stay was comfortable for price range

the room was clean & the staff friendly. the TV was old style and the key was just that a key. It is ok for a quick stay but noit long term
