Madisonville/Hyde Park/Oakley Village area - One Bedroom - One Bath - Kitchen - Office - Living Room - 100 year old refurbished farm house with custom designed and furnished corporate condo/apartment "build out" for monthly rental - 6 months contracts preferred but will discuss slightly shorter term rentals.
The property has respectful, young professional tenants occupying it and it sits on top of hill in a great Cincinnati neighborhood with lovely grounds in safe, secure location minutes off I-71 close to medical facilities and easy drive of 15 minutes from Bengals/Reds/Cincy FC games. Private entrances and parking make this charming space a home away from home.
The $750K Farm house has been gutted and restored but kept with 10' + ceilings and has been divided into four condos/apartments. This unit has one full bathroom with shower, bedroom with king bed, full modern kitchen, office, sitting room with couch, private entrance, and lighted private parking with garage, the cost furnished is only 1495 per month including utilities. We prefer 6 month rental periods but will consider shorter for the right tenant.
