Nice location nice to be able to swim in a pool. Grill by the pool clean. Nice staff need more channel on the tv I don't have anything else to say I stayed there more then three years so I should know
My sons and I stayed at this establishment while making our way west. No problems across the board, clean, close to the highway and a 15 minute drive to downtown. If you do not want to deal with staying in the city then Extended Stay is a great alternate. Highly recommended.
Stayed three nights late May 2017. To good part: The staff is helpful and friendly. The price was less than most nearby hotels. But read on, you'll know why. The bad parts: The carpet was sticky in places: I had to put down towels on the floor so I didn't step in whatever it was (can't. think. about. that.). The very small bathroom might be clean but it is hard to tell because the tub and sink counter look like they've been painted over with some sort of product designed to "refresh" old bathrooms. The result is a patterned mess that hides dirt. The whole hotel smells of smoke, including my non-smoking room. The breakfast consists of nutri-grain bars, cheap crappy packaged muffins, and undrinkable coffee (not kidding. That is IT) in a small cabinet by the door as you enter the tiny lobby (with two chairs). They call this "grab and go". The wireless is insecure and very slow, but for $16 they will "upgrade you" to something usable. These are supposed to be "extended stay" suites with kitchenettes, but there is nothing - no cutlery, no pots and pans, no cups, no plates, NOTHING - in the kitchen. If you ASK they will bring you some (but only exactly what you ask for, and don't expect pot covers to fit on the pots etc). There isn't even a blow dryer in the bathroom (but they will bring you one if you ask). Overall an unpleasant experience that I would not repeat.
I stayed here for one night while traveling solo, and had a great experience at this hotel, despite a handful of very minor issues. I checked in quite late, and the person working the front desk was unfortunately not as knowledgeable as I would have liked, and I think this was because she was helping out from another location. That being said, she was very friendly, and did her best to try to answer my questions. My room was quite good, though there were some issues with the lights by the bed, which have hopefully been fixed since my stay. What impressed my about my room though was the attention to detail I saw in the presentation. This is a moderately priced extended stay hotel, but the look of the room when it came to housekeeping reminded me of a luxury hotel that could have been twice the price. This housekeeping staff is among the best I have encountered. When checking out, I spoke with the General Manager of the hotel, who was more than friendly, and really took pride in running the best possible hotel she could run. I let her know of some of the minor issues with my stay, and told her how wonderful the room looked when I checked in. She took the time to have a conversation with me, and it was a truly great end to a brief but wonderful stay. I was debating on whether to rate this property as Very Good or Excellent, as it was not perfect. Despite a handful of minor issues, I decided to go with Excellent based on my conversation with the General Manager. I am confident the issues that I had have been or will be addressed, and I definitely recommend this property for a short term or long term stay in that area.
The hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly. The room was adequate. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed having a full kitchen available. My advice would be to bring your own soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. You may also want to bring your own bath towel. The towels are small. I had a great stay. I would stay there again.
Nice place to stay for the money. Beds were clean and comfortable. Well lit parking lot to walk our dog in at night. Have a little"kitchen" travel box so I didn't need to buy paper plates or chips for the week. Nice place to stay for any extended amount of time.
Location was convenient to Interstate, shopping, restaurants in an office park neighborhood. Suite was clean and spacious with a pull out couch in a separate sitting room with a separate TV. Continental breakfast was available but spartan, limited to coffee, cello wrapped muffins, granola bars and hot water for instant oatmeal, tea, Sanka and hot cocoa. Despite being a suite there were no dishes, pans, utensils, toaster, coffee maker in the room and no information on whether these were available for motel patrons. Make sure you have all of your belongings at check-out because staff is not accommodating if you forgot anything.
Property is old but not stinking and importantly they have an elevator. Staff are friendly Internet is not up to the mark, for better internet speeds you pay for each device. Not much of options on the pick and go breakfast but still they maintain high quality compared to the other three of the same brand in this locations.
Currently, I am transitioning from New Jersey to Ohio and staying with Extended Stay on Creek Road. I feel like this is my second home, the entire team(staff) are spectacular!! Extremely kind, caring and considerate. The hotel room is extremely clean and has all the amenities of home. Being away from my husband and children can be extremely sad especially at Christmas, however, staying in a very comfy place helps me immensely!!! Thank God, I booked this hotel!! I start my new job next week and I do not feel nervous about doing so but extremely excited!! The folks here take away all my worries and needs!! I highly recommend this place, that is an understatement.
I don't know where to begin! The company I worked for booked me there for work, for the weekend. At the time I checked in I asked for an itemized receipt for reimbursement and the attendant did not know how to print a receipt. There was enough toilet paper for one use and I had to go back downstairs to get more because there was no spare roll in the room. There were no hangers, not one! Had to ask the attend and he said he had to ask other guests for them. The ice machine was broken and there was no ice maker in the freezer in the room (it was a full refrigerator). It looked like people were living there and the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. No in room coffee makers and the coffee in the downstairs buffet was lukewarm. You have to go downstairs and trade in dirty towels for clean ones. The attended came back to the desk and had something wet all over his hands and wiped it off on his shirt before getting on the computer. This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had!
