This location is best for walking! You can get to so many restaurants, bars, stadiums from here. Park your car and walk around. The Cincinnati Bell connector is free and will take you to Paul Brown Stadium if you don't want to walk.

For security purposes, a copy of your ID matching the name on the reservation is required to stay with us.

The security deposit is not charged up front. It is only charged if there are damages after the stay and we will notify you of any damages we find within 24 hours of check out.
Trash is in a locked room that is accessed through outside the building. It is around the corner through the side door of the building facing the alley. The key on the coffee table will unlock the door.

Laundry is inside the closet next to the entry door. Please let me know if you would like access to the laundry.

Perfect spot

My wife and I stayed here while visiting family over a long weekend and it will be the first place we try to book on all future trips. The location was perfect - close to food and drink but on a quiet street in a secure building. The condo was cozy and modern, while hanging on to some of the vintage architectural features like exposed brick walls that honor the city’s history. Huge windows that let in a ton of light and neutral colors throughout created a calm and happy vibe. It’s a 5th floor walk-up, so the stairs are no joke. Honesty though, you’ll need the exercise after all the late-night fried chicken and beer from The Eagle. Loved our time there.

Perfect

Was here for the Flying Pig Marathon. While my friends stayed at the Hyatt, I chose this VRBO because I love having more space and privacy. It was less than a mile to get to the race activities - a nice walk or a bike ride away. The location was great - plenty of restaurants to choose from, and Taft's Brewery. Everything about the property was as described. I recommend this place for anyone who wants to avoid the downtown area and the hotel scene. This was perfect.
