This is my second time at Palmeras, it’s clean it’s comfy it has great rates and , don’t be shy about it not being a “well-known brand” because I’ve stayed in a few of those in San Diego… and the Palmeras beats a lot of them by every single metric.

We were able to park right in front of our room. The three employees we met as we were checking in were extremely helpful and patient with us. They could see we were having some difficulty with a gift card and let us know we had plenty of time to figure it out and to let them know when we were ready to check in. If it wasn't for their great customer service, I most likely would have left. The room did need a little bit of TLC which we were not concerned with. The bed was very clean and comfortable. Loved that the bathroom had body lotion and liquid hand soap not those little ugly bar soaps like the majority of the hotels have. And the big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower? Good Job!!! Yes ! I will stay there again . Yes! I would recommend this hotel. My review is making me want to go back again. Thank you ladies for being so helpful. Greatly appreciated.
