The property didn't have secure parking. There was activity all night long of cars coming and out of thr area.
The property is remodeled, room wise at least.... I definently do not appreciate the cleaning staff entering my room IF THEY ARE NOT CLEANING ANYTHING.....otherwise my stay was quiet
I don’t recommend staying here. Any other place is an improvement. I understand that it was a holiday weekend but that should not change the cleanliness of a place. The first room I was given had a clogged toilet and went I reported it the the front desk I was told that maintenance was sent to the wrong room. I never expected to find a toilet full off poop and a non smoking room that had cigarettes butts in the room. They offered to put me in a second room and it was better however there were dead cockroaches outside the door and a heavy odor of pesticides. The shower had a used bar of soap in it and the counter under the tv had a used syringe on it.... totally unexceptionable but the clerk made it seem like it was normal. I did not stay and am still waiting on my refund and deposit for the room to be refunded as well.

walls dirty and not even painted all the way. there was some brown stains on the walls, ceiling and curtains. looks like they started repairs or remodeling and stopped half way.
Ice machine was hidden in pool area rooms were rented while under reivations

While the staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Everything looked like it had seen better days. And it was very noisy and busy. Convenient to the highway was a positive. Sorry. Just my opinion.
The people gave good service. My rating is based off the installations. WE DID NOT HAVE HOT WATER!!!!, my grandma, my uncle and myself had to shower in cold water, the front desk agent said if we needed we could borrow a key to a non smoking room to shower but we could not change to that room ( my uncle smokes). Paying full on price for a place that doesn’t even get hot water is wrong.
Very noisy. People partying all night. We could not sleep the whole night.
Nice hotel and personable staff but it's ruined by the scum that hang around the place. I felt the need to be armed just to go outside for a cigarette. The A/C is insufficient as well. I was sweating all night but it was freezing in the bathroom.
Good economic place to stay, not so close to beaches or sea world. But easily drivable with in 15 miles
