Purpose-built in 2015, quiet and botanical, in a characteristic street, slightly north of Christchurch city center. Two bedrooms with two super-king size beds, a north facing living with a sofa-bed, dining and opening kitchen, a compact laundry, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet room. New ventilation HRV systems. By the way, the sheets and towels and all beddings are included.
A two-storey house combines two residences in one and situated on a 840sqm section in a regarded location. Both with separate cooking and living areas catered for two independent families (others staying downstairs while you stay upstairs).
Upstairs is a fully self-contained unit with its own private access. The sizeable entranceway with stairs leads to two bedrooms with built in wardrobes and essential bathroom plus WC. Once again the living is an open plan kitchen, dining and living layout with a hideaway laundry and heat pump. Interiors throughout are neutral and in excellent condition. Well placed windows give a pleasant garden view and have superb sunlight streaming in. Overlook the idyllic garden established with mature plantings from the lounge that create a botanical park-like feel.
