Extremely comfortable beds, very nice shower and very clean, nice gym equipment with an awesome view from the gym, the only thing I didn't like is that The keys kept getting inactivated, even when we wouldn't have them anywhere near our wallets or phones, and have to go back down multiple times to get them activated again. Also, we payed 60$ extra a night for the two nights we were there since their dates dropped and they said they couldn't upgrade us for the money we had already payed or refund us the money because we booked through a third party. But other than that it was a nice comfortable room with a very central location to walk around

The Wyndham location is great. The staff are hit or miss, some super friendly others doing the bare minimum. Consierge gave incorrect information. Beds felt worn out and uncomfortable, lumpy & no support. Rooms were quiet, great view.

Very nice hotel, clean, great location. Just a short trip in and out, but the hotel was prefect. We left our car at the Harvard train station and took the train into town.

Scenic location, somewhat difficult to navigate because of one-way street and upper/lower Wacker. Only complaint is low water pressure and unsightly nicks in tub. Other than that, staff was friendly and helpful, accommodations gorgeous, bed comfortable. Food was great at attached American Tavern. Ate breakfast there twice. A little pricey for breakfast.

Systems were down. Couldn't get into our rooms. Keys didn't work. Lines for elevators. Miserable stay.

Great hotel and location. Parking and traffic was the only problem.

We stayed here for St. Patty's Weekend in Chicago, and had a wonderful time! The Staff was great with recommendations, and helping us tourists around town!

great hotel ,central location and close to a lot of attraction . will definitely stay here again .

The experience was wonderful it was my 15 year wedding anniversary and me and my husband really enjoyed ourselves we will be back

Hotel was very nice. Was able to request a late check out for 1pm for free. Staff was friendly and professional.

We love how everybody there was so polite and helpful!

The ice machine was pretty noisey and room service ends too early. Other than that, I had nice stay.

We were so pleased with the corner room & city/river view. We didn't want to leave our room!

One very bad thing: the name of the current president-elect is on the building across the river, 20' tall and 1/2-football-field wide, only about 10 stories up. Can't avoid seeing them on any approach to the building without covering your eyes. Our room was in the back of the building, which was fine. If it had been in the front, we would have asked to change or stayed somewhere else. Absolutely not the hotel's fault. Good news is, letters are removable. Chicago, do the right thing by all the buildings that look out on them, and the architect and residents of that building. The letters are an insult and don't belong... anywhere. Other than that, fantastic hotel. Friendly and helpful staff! All within walking distance: Divvy bike station (we biked down to the MSI one day; 8 miles, all along the lakefront, in winter. Do it!). Bus stop: (to get to Robie House and Field/Shedd/Adler museums). Wonderful, interesting restaurants. Art Institute (lunch: Chicago-style hotdogs from Kim & Carlo's hot dog cart). Chicago Architecture Foundation (2-hr walking tours starting every half-hour). 7-11. Walgreens. Car-rental place (rented a car 2 days so we could a) eat at Smoque BBQ, b) visit friends in Wisconsin). A less-than-half-the-price-of-the-hotel's parking garage we found using Best Parking. The room: spacious; clean; warm; interesting view; dark curtains; great shower; best sheets ever; Keurig coffee machine; everything electrical worked. 24-hr gym. What more could you ask?

Great hotel: location, staff, food service and quality and quiet rooms with sitting area off sleeping area! Perfect Holiday stay close to parade route and State St and Michigan Ave shopping! Perfect run or bike route on riverwalk and all through the Museum Loop!

Excellent location, close to Millenium Park. A bit of a walk to the museums though. Fast wi-fi. Room was spacious and had beautiful river view. Beds were very comfortable. Had good coffee machine and iron. Bath tub was not very clean. Room door had an inch of gap underneath, letting in cold air and noise from loud tourists.

This hotel has a great location in central Chicago, and it is very walkable to Michigan Avenue and other places downtown. During our visit to Chicago we discovered and enjoyed Eataly, the extraordinary Italian food market, which was only a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

I spent 5 days in this hotel and all the facilities I used were very good, the room comfortable with a great view of the city , wonderful bed and the gym very well equipped , if I have to come back to Chicago Wyndham will be my first option , excellent hotel.

Nice hotel across from Trump Tower. Good location. Parking was expensive but worth it.

The location of this hotel was awesome, right on the river, great for walking to eat or drink and site see also. Train is very close. Very nice hotel with amazing views from the lakeside rooms. My only complaints would be that the flat, feather pillows are uncomfortable, and you can hear people in the hallways pretty well. Neither of those would make me drop the rating of this hotel, we had an amazing stay and fell in love with the city of Chicago!!
