I liked the privatecy and my view.the staff are very respectful
The lobby and meeting rooms were fantastic. The furniture in the rooms was a mix. Bed curtains bathroom was fantastic . The dresser drawers and desk were beaten and worn. They look like something in a group home or a Motel 6.
The hotel looks nice when you arrive but the rooms are starting to show their wear and tear. The restaurant was good. The pool was fine but it’s all over 4feet deep and made it hard for my 3 year old to swim in. It’s nicer than a lot of hotels in the area but not as nice as I thought it was going to be.
Very nice hotel, I liked the breakfast on tha 18th floor with nice view.
Nice hotel, very conveniently located right next to a shopping center with plenty of restaurants. The room is modern, clean and well decorated. The only thing we didn't like was the shower area, which doesn't have a small raised area. It's just floor connected to the rest of the bathroom.
Conference features were very good, the food available was very well handled. Appreciated having fruit available all day.
My only complaint would be the bed. I thought it was too high. I would not discourage anyone from booking a room because of my own idiosyncrasies.
This hotel is relatively new and centrally located. It is close to shopping and multiple restaurants. Target is within walking distance in case you forget anything. The staff was friendly and helpful. The one drawback is that WiFi was not automatically included with my booking. The staff did provide me with complimentary access; however, I was advised this was normally an additional cost when booking through third party sites.
My husband and I wanted a weekend getaway, however we didn't want to be to far from the City. The Westin provided a tranquil relaxing environment. Just what we needed for a little getaway.
I found this close to a job interview, and it was perfect for the occasion. I love the quietness of Westin rooms, and the bathrooms are always spacious and well designed. Great stay.
Generally this was an outstanding hotel. However, I was grossed out by the ball of hair left on the shower drain from the previous guest. At the price, I would expect more care in the house keeping. That said, the rest of the room was spotless.
When I booked I didn't realize this hotel was not in Chicago but it was OK. $30 uber ride into town, $5 train ride (highly recommend the train) much faster. The hotel was super nice and accommodating! Quiet roomnroomn, clean, great gym and pool, free parking! Our window view was breathtaking!
Great hotel and great location. Rooms are nice an updated. Always busy too with weddings, conventions, etc., but a large enough place that you won't feel crowded.
All was great very happy with my choice of the hotel if I came back definitely I stay here
We decided to stay at the Westin because of the value. We were surprised how nuce the was and how comfortable the was. The only thing we missed was a microwave in the room. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
I wouldn't stay anywhere else when traveling to the Lombard area. It truly is a great hotel!
