Great hotel, we will 100% come back. Very clean, breakfast included (not many hotels offered this). Safe area to walk around and many dining options near by. Short walk to the stores, the bean and many other tourism atractions. We had a city view room and it was amazing. Staff was very friendly - do not hesitate to choose this hotel over a hilton/hampton, you will not regret it.

I recently stayed at the Kinzie Hotel in Chicago and had a fantastic experience. The first thing I noticed was that my room was extremely clean, which is always a top priority for me. ​The service throughout my stay was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was helpful and friendly, making me feel very welcome. Two things that really stood out were the free continental breakfast (a great way to start the day) and the complimentary happy hour. Getting two free drinks in the evening was such a nice touch! ​I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Chicago.

Room was big and spotless. The reception staff were so amazing and friendly and helpful and the evening reception was a lovely touch especially Jose on the bar so chatty and kind. Shout out to Mickey on reception for always being happy and friendly x and porter in reception for getting us our big taxi back to the airport and helping us with our ten suitcases into the big taxi - 4th visit to Kinzie Hotel would recommend it and will be back soon
