Always a pleasure to stay. The amenities and cleanliness are two important factors. Plus it’s always a good peaceful sleep.

Staff at check in was not friendly and did not provide any info to get to my room. My room was not even cleaned yet. Had to wait in the hallway until housekeeping was finished cleaning. Hallway smelled like a garbage truck. Smell was coming from the trash room.

The people at this location makes it 5 stars. My room 207 towel holder was broken. The location is older and has some upgrades and nice extras for travelers like an iron with the board. I like the openness in the room. I the staff is excellent from check in to check out and the driver went beyond the call with helpful information and excellent service. The hotel staff is very rude. There was a young lady that checks me and and her attitude is horrible.

It was nice and clean the only thing i didn't like, they wake us up early with the fire alarm because somebody was cooking

Convenient for me. No ice machine. OK for a low price room.

Basic but clean, excellent for money you paid, comfortable bed. The shower in room 235 was very loudy when you turn the water. overall good cheap hotel.

It was a nice place with good location. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was close to shopping and dining.

When we walked into the first room we were given I noticed the bedspread was pretty dirty as I went to lay my bag on it. We had just been shown to the room so I called the front desk and the girl apologized and walked over to us with our new room key. Walked into the second room which seemed clean and our stuff down. Weve stayed at other extended stays, and unlike this one they usually keep pots and pans and the like in the room. Not here, Im not sure if its because they think theyd get stolen or whatever but you have to ask the front desk for stuff that you need. We went out to eat somewhere as we decided we'll ask them for the stuff later and go shopping for some food. When we got back to the hotel we went to the front desk with a list of stuff we needed, when my roomate came back to the room we realized we got a half assed set up. Pans but no spatula, 2 forks and 1 working knife and a knife that seemed it had been at the bottom of the ocean for about 20 years with the amount of rust it had on it, 1 cup etc etc. we had to go back and switch out the knife, get a spatula, ask for another cup (which we were told if disposable was ok because they needed to wash things) which is fine it was just annoying at this point. When we finally did start cookig dinner they called us from the front desk to ask if we were ok because the fire alarm went off in our room, which we didnt hear, but apparently id continue going off everytime we cooked. Floor was not clean close to the walls. Found long black hairs on bed sheet for pull out sofa. Bathroom sink was cracked and was patched. Why not replace it. Just looked tacky. Won't be ever staying at Extended Stay again.

I will never go back to that hotel bugs in 3 rooms

Overall I can say that this place have offered good service and value for the money. The location is with in the 5 minutes drive to two malls in the area. The property is located in a safe place and easy access to highway, Restaurants, shopping. The landscaping outside the property is maintained well and it looks like they have recently renovated the rooms and and the furniture, fixers, wall paints, bathroom and everything else looks like new but the couple things needs improvements like mattresses were clean but not comfortable and the hallways/corridors were little smelly and needs more fresh air so that they feel fresh. They have tiny breakfast room and offered free breakfast with Coffee, Fresh fruits, Pastries, Cereal Bars etc. Overall I am not disappointed at all and I can stay there in the future if I need to.

I have never had such a pathetic and bad hotel stay, from staff to room cleanliness, everything was worse possible
