Resulta que el Hotelito Maya trabajaba con una agencia de viajes, y la agencia le llevaba la cuenta de Expedia. Cuando hicimos la reservacion a través de Expedia, nos pidieron hacer un depósito del 40% de anticipo, estuvimos en comunicación durante varios meses, porque reservamos en agosto 2018 y viajamos en febrero 2019. Total que todo parecía ir bien pero cuál fue nuestra sorpresa que llegando al Hotel nos dice el dueño que no tenía nuestra reservacion. Resulta que se peleó con la agencia y decidió dar nuestra habitación a otra reserva y nadie nos avisó nada. La agencia dice que el dueño, que se llama Manuel, por supuesto que estaba enterado de nuestra reserva y que la agencia dejó de trabajar con el Hotelito Maya porque a cada rato hacían lo mismo con otras reservas. El dueño se desentendido por completo del asunto y no respetó la reservacion a pesar de que se la mostré. Sinceramente, creo que una página de la categoría de Expedia no debería tener hoteles de tan mal nivel y que no puedan asegurar brindar el servicio que se contrata.

MUY MAL SERVICIO, INFORMAL, NO HACEN LOS CUARTOS (ES DECIR NO HAY SERVICIO DE LIMPIEZA), NO RECIBEN PAGOS CON TARJETAS, NO HAY AGUA CALIENTE EN LA REGADERA..... MUY CARO PARA LO QUE OFRECE.... LO ÚNICO BUENO ES QUE LOS CUARTOS ESTÁN LIMPIOS Y TE DEJAN HACER LATE CHECK OUT SIN COSTO ADICIONAL.

Bacalar excelente estancia

Un hotel a 8 mins del centro, ubicado en una zona residencial muy trankilo y seguro, amplio estacionamiento, diferentes habitaciones, me hospedé 2 días en una suite con vista a la Laguna, excelente vista, demasiada tranquilidad. Manuel muy atento en todo.

El hotel esta super pequeño pero esta muy acogedor, el muelle ni se diga... Las cuartos no tienen nada extraordinario, pero bien. Solo que el lavamanos sale un olor a caño horrible. La atención es buena, pero lo que no me gusto es que si tu no les dices desde tu llegada que yedras desayunar ahí todos los días ellos no tienen nada y deben de comprarlo con días de anticipación cosa que me pareció super mal, se supone que tu desayuno esta incluido quieras o no quieras desayunar ellos de ben de tener las cosas disponibles. el desayuno estuvo super equis por no decir malo. Yo si regresaria pero solo por la vista que tiene el muelle (que por cierto no es arena aunque se ve hermoso y transparente es fango y huele muy feo cuando lo pisas.

Supero mis expectativas

Inicialmente batallamos para encontrar el hotel, está escondido, encerrado y el camino es de terracería. Sin embargo cuando llegue con mi familia nos dio la sorpresa de encontrar un lugar muy lindo y limpio a la orilla de la laguna. Los cuartos están muy bien, hay pocos huespedes y es muy tranquilo el lugar. Si acaso lo que si batallamos es el agua caliente en la regadera. No tuvimos oportunidad de probar los desayunos. Hubieramos querido poder quedarnos más tiempo, a disfrutar mas del hotel. Las fotos no le hacen honor a lo bonito del lugar.
