We had an absolute amazing experience at The Lotte Palace hotel . We were always greeted warmly by the doormen, concierge or any staff members. The rooms were comfortable and large by NYC standards. The views were incredible too. We loved our stay and will be back!

Excellent and friendly staff from the front dest tuo the breakfast restaurant.Laurie at the desk was extremely helpful. The girls are hostess area offered me coffee even i wasn’t ready for my breakfast .The room wes clean and the whole property as well . I will definitely stay there again.

First time here -- it's set up for people who want a kitchen and perhaps a longer stay, but was also fine for two nights. Not a traditional hotel but more of a loft feel. Great location if you want to be near financial district/seaport area, and it's convenient to subway.
